We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We stayed at the Diana Majestic hotel on our way from Nice to Sestri Levante, and this is a hotel that truly punches above its 4* rating. We especially appreciated: # The modern room with the balcony that overlooked the beach. # The large comfortable king size bed. # The high quality linens and towels in the room and the amenities in the bathroom. # The potential to have tea and coffee making in the room. # The gourmet snacks that was served with our afternoon aperitif. # The lovely location for dinner, on the deck overlooking the ocean, and the beautiful table, setting, including close, napkins, and highly polished silverware. # And our evening and breakfast meals were high quality and delicious. # The large pool, and pool area, with plenty of lounges and the ability to find shade under the olive trees # Having access to the private beach. The very helpful and friendly staff. # The free secure onsite parking # Watching the glorious sunrise over the water from our room was just icing on the cake! This is a most comfortable hotel that I would highly recommend if you are ever in the area.

The staff was very nice. They are always keen to help you with anything. The hotel has a private beach, where you get access to free of charge sunbeds and even beach towels. Also the breakfast is one of a kind.

It was the nicest hotel we've ever been to. We wish we could have stayed longer than just one week. The sea water was crystal clear and the beach perfectly clean. The sun chairs have lots of space inbetween them which is very nice regarding privacy. On the first evening our air condition broke and the hotel boss immediately came himself and installed a new panel; fixing the problem within minutes. The staff was extremely friendly; and that was before we tipped them. The food was an amazing experience too. (My wife really wants to know the recipe for that amazing pesto.) The room service managed to stay invisible while keeping the room always perfectly clean. The room was very nice and the view wonderful! Our stay was perfect. This is the vacation we always wanted. It is the kind of hotel you look at in admiration when staying in a random hotel in town, wishing to be there instead. We will certainly come again!

UkraineThe room was not sound proof at all and as a result, you could hear pretty much everything. The bedsheets were not ideal, something that could be improved in such hotel. The room was not upgraded or any gifts were received, despite the fact that I stayed there for my birthday. Other than that, all was good.
The hotel has a very good beach and the pool area along with the "inner garden" is great. The breakfast is good as well, however there tend to be queues past 9, due to the covid rules (you cannot take food from buffet yourself, you need to ask a member of staff to put things on your plate); other than that it was good. Pastry was amazing! The lunch & dinner menu could have had more options, but they were very good. The hotel is a very quiet place mostly with either elderly couples or families or just anyone to chill out (we were there as a couple of 20 year olds). The location is also great and there are restaurants in a walking distance!

United KingdomNothing in particular, it suited us perfectly but for some people, the 15 minute or so walk into the centre of Diano Marina may be an issue, as with the exception of a mediocre pizza restaurant, there are no other restaurants close by and the hotel restaurant has a limited menu of 3 choices each night.
This hotel was exceptional in virtually every way. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from Reception to the restaurant, bar and parking assistance, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail quite excellent. There was a wide choice for breakfast each morning, from the usual cold cuts and cheeses, to scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage (good sausage not the often encountered "hot dog" you often get in mainland Europe), fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, delicious pastries and tarts. The hotel has free bikes that you can borrow, with helmets and locks, which was a nice touch. There is parking and although it can be busy, the attendant will find you a space either at the rear of the hotel or in the overflow car park at the front. There is a beautiful terrace for taking breakfast and lunch, as well as comfortable seating on the lawn overlooking the beach. The hotel also has its own private beach immediately to the side of the hotel with sunbeds and parasols, free to use for hotel guests but they do charge €3.50 per beach towel per day. There are two pools, one of which is heated to 36C throughout the year. There is an excellent bar with a wide variety of spirits, such as, over 130 whiskies! This was quite simply one of the very best 4 Star hotels we have ever stayed in, across 72 countries.

Nice beach, excellent breakfast selection and friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean and appeared well looked after.

Clearly families are not their target clients.
