Although is almost beside Termini Station there’s no entrance nearby, you have to walk ~700m (it’s not too much but with 2/3 luggage in the potholed sidewalks of Rome can be quite difficult).

Always super clean. Friendly staff. We had a lack of water pressure on the shower and they fixed the same day. You should really consider this place staying in Rome. (Bad things happen, but be there to fix it is what makes you recommend the place).

Getting to the property late at night might not feel the safest, but the streets are well-lit and there are a few convenience stores still opened for food and drinks.

Owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. They communicated very well and the place is exactly how it is described on the listing. We would stay here again in the future. Close to termini station - 15 minute walk.

Little bit noisy if you are going to sleep with opened window, but who cares after long walk in Rome)).

Apartments are in quite good condition. When will be finished reconstruction of closest metro station location would be one of the best to reach center. Around one kilometer from Termini also plus. Kitchen have everything necessary. Owners are very kind!

Location is farther from the main sights, but close to a metro stop. We did have a leaky AC that didn't get fixed so we had the window open overnight which got a little loud.

Very responsive, helpful staff. Location was a in a residential area near a grocery store. The shared fridge was great, each room got their own shelf. Kitchen was well stocked for easy meals.

It's not the perfect isolation, it could be a bit of noise, but it depends on your neighbors :)

Located near the Termini station, 5 min walk to the nearest bus and metro station. There is all necessary in the kitchen for cooking and a cozy common space. Very nice hosts, and clear communication. Also, there is a supermarket and different cafes nearby.

There were a couple things that weren't perfect, but also we're not really a big deal. One of the lights in the room sometimes wasn't working, and one of the handles in the shower door was partially broken. I would say the benefits heavily outweigh the few little things that weren't perfect.

Location was amazing, walking distance to tourist locations, restaurants, and Roma termini station. Location had toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast included was good as well. The room was extremely quiet, I live in a rural location and this was just as quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable as were the pillows. If I were to stay in Rome again, even if I were to pick a location closer to tourist spots for the majority of the stay, I would at least book the first night here to get a good night's rest after the jet lag!

We were greeted by the host who was super friendly and helpful. The facility is only three rooms off a very nicely appointed common area with a well equipped kitchen, table and couch. The room itself was lovely, as was the bathroom. It has a vintage feel, though has been completely remodelled. It was furnished with an array of antiques- a wardrobe, small desk, bedside tables and dressing table- so refreshing to see something other than Ikea furniture! It was spotlessly clean and was made up each day. A large shuttered window looked out on a courtyard. The a/c worked great. The location was perfect for us as we came in and left by train, which was less than a 10 miute walk away. Everything in Rome was accessible by public transport- there is a metro fairly nearby, a tram on the next street, and buses at the train station. Right around the corner is a small street with several really nice restaurants with outdoor seating-that looks out on an ancient temple ruin-- we ate there twice as two offered gluten free pasta and pizza. There is a gelato palace (Palazzo Fassi) a few minutes away with divine gelato (also gf).

Wasn't the easiest place to find at first. Room described as soundproofed, didn't seem that, could hear rooms including ours from the kitchen area. Wasn't clear that room would be maintained on a daily basis, an option for it to be left alone would have been great. It's was good and nice to have but for security we weren't expecting it when we were out.

Location was ideal, short walks to Termini station. No time restraints or curfew. Host contacted us prior to arrival and was available during our stay if required. Clean and comfortable room good size and as described and shown.. Access to shared kitchen facilities with good freezer and fridge space for the individual rooms. If were staying longer we would have used the kitchen more. Most days we ate out. Small safe was available to use. Access to large TV and Netflix, not really used but nice to have within the room.

I didn’t love the neighbourhood. I arrived at night and walked from Rome Termini and it was not the best experience. My recommendation is to avoid arriving late at night if not by taxi or uber. In the morning it was much better.

It is a beautiful, comfortable and nice place. The owner provide coffee, tea and juice. That’s a nice touch. The place is clean and the common areas are big and nice and the staff is super kind and helpful.
