Please note that there are two apartments. The upstairs apartment has a lot of stairs to reach the living area, plus more internal stairs to the bedroom and terrace. It also has a washing machine. The downstairs apartment, which we had, does not have a washing machine nor a seated outside area. PLEASE do not leave the apartment key in the back of the door. If you are outside and the main door closes, you cannot get back in. It happened to us.

We liked everything. Great apartment in a great location with a great host. Simona was exceptional. A true professional and a great communicator. Nothing was a bother. She was always on hand to assist us. The apartment has internal stairs. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The kitchen has most utensils to assist with preparing a home cooked meal. The kitchen/living area is very comfortable. Free WiFi is also available. The Carefour supermarket is walking distance. Around the corner from Carefour next to the laundry matt, there is a fresh fruit and veggie store. They supply freshly made salad bowls and fresh fruit salad. I recommend both. Parking near the old town can be difficult at times, just be patient. We tried via Ugo Bassi most days. The old town is laced with eateries. The apartment is walking distance to the ocean, great for swimming and sun bathing. It's an easy drive to Alberobello, which is a must see. Also, it's a short drive to Polignano a Mare. It's another must see. Public parking for both places is close to the old towns. Ten minutes drive south of Monopoli you will find a few restaurants/cafes etc over looking the ocean. We had lunch at one of them. The food was sensational and the price was very reasonable. I can not speak highly enough of this apartment and Simona. You definitely will not be disappointed. Simona was a lovely host who greeted us with cherries she’d just picked! She answered any questions on WhatsApp promptly. We loved this place but not great for older travellers with the stairs.

Every aspect exceeded our expectations. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful terrace😍unfortuately due to bad weather we couldn't fully use it.. The location was perfect,in old city center with easy access to all restaurants. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring that our stay was memorable. Thank you once again! I would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely property in the old city. The facilities are excellent and the house is spotlessly clean. It is easy walking distance to the port, beaches, station and all major Monopoli tourist attractions. Simona is a wonderful host. She picked us up from the station and offered to take us back. She was always happy to answer any questions we had and allowed us to have an early check in and late check out. We stayed for a week and felt very much at home.

I LOVE EVERYTHING about this property! Simona is the kindest and most generous host! The apartment is super clean, everything inside is high quality, heavy and solid! Bed and pillows a dream! Perfect for couples/ 2-3 friends travelling or small family. I was travelling solo , super safe central location:2 min to the beach, 5 min to the best ice cream place in town, 3 min to restaurants, city centre and all this but located on a quiet lil street so your sleep will not get disturbed. Apartment is equipped with all bits one need: full equipped kitchen, there is an iron, air conditioning etc. I cannot find anything bad to say about my stay, Simona was AMAZING! Absolutely the best place to stay in Monopoli! If you read this review, stop searching, book this place, thank me later :)

There was nothing we didn’t like - it was a real home from home and a treat to stay here.

I spent hours trawling various websites looking for the perfect place for me and my partner to stay and this really went above and beyond our expectations. The location is perfect for exploring Monopoli and as we had a rental car Simona even found us a space beforehand (you can’t park in the beautiful old town where the property is but there is parking 2-3 mins walk away). She was on hand to help us with any advice throughout. The property is very big, hot shower, comfy bed, good AC and a wonderful terrace to enjoy in the evenings. The property has been renovated to a really high standard and is very luxurious.

Amazing location middle of historic centre but still nice and quiet. Host super nice and helpful. Apartment is absolutely great, very characteristic but still modern renovated and comfy. Bed is great, loved the roofterrace, really can not think of any negatives. When we go back would definitely book again here. 10/10!

The location is superb, right in the heart of the historical center, only 100 m from the public beach. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. I am so grateful to her! She met us at the property, found a parking place for our car and at the end of our stay she offered to give us a lift to the train station (we returned our rented car halfway through our stay there) at 5.00 in the morning! The apartment is simply beautiful, so nicely decorated, immaculately clean, comfortable and with a big terrace at the top. It was pure pleasure to stay in this place! We really recommend it!!!

The Apartment and lovely Terrace very tastefully furnished, Close to The Sea and old Town , with many restaurant and bar . Simona was super host, very friendly, she picked us Up at The train station and took us trough The city. Monopoli is my new love for holiday. 😘

I’ve been to almost 30 countries and not gonna lie if I say that this was Top3 best places I have ever stayed in! The apartment is marvelous - super clean, perfectly located and just beautiful itself. Simona couldn’t be a better host as well. She was helping us at every step - she picked us up from the bus stop, gave us a lot of recommendations and also helped with many considerations we had while our Monopoli’s stay. Summing up, we had a gorgeous time at Simona’s apartment. Oh! And taking shower on the top of the building (terrace) under the pure sky was magical!
