We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandUnlocking the room only with an app on your phone is a little bit too much. It would be good as an option but there's nothing wrong with a key card. Also the thermostats in the room and bathroom kept reverting to 19.5 °C. I believe 2 degrees more should be an option as well. Hotel is situated on the main road, it's not a problem if your room is not facing the road (ours was not) but I would imagine that in rooms facing the road there is certain amount of noise.
Great spa, gym and hot tub experience with pre-booked time slots which ensures privacy. Breakfast is also great, plenty of selection although missing some cheese and meat options. Staff is extremely kind, polite and hospitable, just as it should be.

IsraelLocation is off Livigno, not much around. For skiing no issue as a ski lift is close by. During other seasons there is a 15 min steep drive to Livigno. This was not apparent when we booked. Also the hotel is right next to a busy road. The room gets noisy with open windows.
Superb facilities, professional, helpful stuf. High class hotel and spa. Magnificent view. We were truly impressed by this hotel.

PolandSmall, but very luxurious hotel, seems new and well designed. Perfect location for skiing, right next to the lift connecting to other lifts on the Trepallo side. Ski locker assigned for each apartment. The center of Livigno is a short car trip away, but there are some good restaurants within a walking distance. Tasty breakfasts, fresh products, great coffee, breakfast area with a gorgeous view. Small, but very nice spa amenities, esp. enjoyed the sun room (a hot tub at the terrace). Access controlled via an app, very handy, although sometimes needed to reconnect for it to work. Staff extremely polite and attentive. Rooms cleaned spotless every morning. Pricey, but great place to stay and relax, especially for a romantic ski getaway.

MaltaI love technology but found that the app used to control everything did not make life easier. Also, in our room, both WiFi and 4G were poor.
The breakfast setting was unbelievable - almost heavenly. The staff were genuinely helpful and caring. Fantastic quality in everything. The roof hot tub is a unique experience.

United KingdomThe facilities seem to be a bit small for the number of guests, probably on full occupancy there will be some issues finding space in the Spa, parking etc The bathroom was a bit small for the type of the room we’ve had.
The staff was extremely polite and helpful, wonderful little hotel with gorgeous views! The suite was superb, very cosy , the bed - extremely comfortable.

Czech RepublicBreakfast is from 8:00. It is too late for Us. We want to be on ski at 8:30 when ski lift start. We cant do this because breakfast is from 8:00. Better is start at 7:00. In night we heard a lot of cars riding on road. This damaged our sleep. They offer sauna in my room, but it was not sauna it was turkish bath and shower in one room.
Breakfast was good. Ski lift is neer. Hot tube was amazing.
