Michele & Sara were excellent hosts and anticipated our needs, even reaching out shortly after we made our booking.They helped with heavy luggage on the stairs, giving suggestions, made reservations and turning our car around for easier exit. The accomodation was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delightful with a range of choices available.

There is just nothing to say, everything was great.

Michele and Sara are great hosts. We had fantastic room, we enjoyed enormously. And the breakfast was like at home on special Sundays. Sara took the effort to prepare us gluten free bread and cakes. They gave us good recommendation for the diner and also for the wine tasting. We strongly recommend.

We loved everything about the Dimora delle Muse, Especially, Michele and Sara who created a special Tuscany Villa experience. The rooms were elegant, beautiful and Sara's home made pastries with a great breakfast simply made you feel like you were tasting a part of "La Dolce Vita". A must stay in Tuscany!!!

We stayed for one night only, but this place is an absolute gem. Sara and Michele are two of the most friendly hosts you'll ever find anywhere on this planet (we should know...) They took care of everything we needed, reservations for restaurants, wineries - all before even meeting us. Exceptional breakfast, prepared in house by Sara, very tasty pastries you won't find anywhere else. Highly recommended, especially since Sant'Angelo in Colle is a charming little village with a lot of character, and very close to a lot of places you might want to visit in Tuscany.

Everything…our room was impeccable…very beautiful! So much thought has gone into every detail. The breakfast is incredible…so delicious with the many options…all home made by Sara. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. I would highly recommend you stay here and you will want to return again and again!

Could have better/brighter light in the room and bathroom

Sara and michele helped make reservations at 2 fabulous wineries. Their dinner reservation at il leccio which is in walking distance of the b&b was superb! Breakfast was fresh, tasty and varied. Beds comfortable. Very clean and safe. Parking just down the hill easy.

Parking at property was down a steep hill. Other than that it was perfect. For Brunello region of Tuscany, the parking was normal.

Michele and Sara were incredible hosts. They had just renovated the property in 2018. Shower and room was much larger than what you would normally find in Italy. Sara's home cooking for breakfast was out of this world great.

Dimora delle Muse is a beautifully decorated inn in a quaint Tuscany town. The rooms are well-decorated with amenities and a plus, beautiful paintings to view every day. Parking our car at the villa was not an issue even with the small streets. Michele, who was a hotel concierge before, was the most responsive in replying to our many emails in planning our Italy visit. He suggested things to see, cities and wineries to visit, and excellent regional dinner recommendations. Michele scheduled our appointments and dinner reservations. This helped us very much as it is sometimes difficult to contact businesses from the US. Excellent restaurants that they suggested were short walks from the villa. His suggestions made our day trips much easier to plan. Michele always texted us the Google map location with links to where we were visiting. The inn costs are extremely reasonable and even more so that morning breakfast is included. Sarah is a wonderful baker and talented chef. Having breakfast in the cozy courtyard was a highlight to start the morning. Coming back every afternoon to relax in the beautiful courtyard, drink wine, and converse with the owners was the perfect way to wind down after a busy day. Sarah and Michele were the most gracious and sincere hosts we have experienced in our travels overseas and probably back in the US. Our stay at Della delle Muse and visit to the Tuscany region were the highlight of our trip to Italy. If you want to relax and enjoy Tuscany stay here. The high ratings are well deserved. It will be a stay you will remember.

Michele & Sara are wonderful hosts, they were very welcoming and gave recommendations on where to go for dinner. The room was cosy, clean and sizeable. We enjoyed the home made breakfast items on the open terrace. We only stayed one night but will definitely come back next time we’re in the area!

Michele and Sara are the loveliest hosts and offer a truly unique experience in the small village of Sant'Angelo in Colle near Montalcino. They've given great attention to the details that make the stay so special. The hotel is charming, beautifully designed, decorated and maintained. The communication - pre-arrival, during, and even post-departure - was excellent (download Whatsapp and turn on notifications!). Michele provides wonderful recommendations and goes out of his way to assist with making local reservations. Sara makes a stunning assortment of sweet and savory breakfast delicacies that change each day. Our stay at Dimora delle Muse was one of the best we've had traveling.
