-the window of the shared room was open during the night and I was bitten a lot by mosquitoes -there was not stairs for my 2nd bunk bed -my room was for 6 people, so I had to wait to use bathroom

They should have in the bathroom some chlorine to can clean when we want and also some small carpet for the water. The staff was very friendly and always with smile.

The bed was not comfortable enough and there was no locker inside of the room. If you want to put your belongings inside of the room. You should consider this. Lastly. I am 1.85 cm and beds are not comfortable for tall people. It's not big enough.

The location is amazing. I really liked it. It was around the center and the receptionists were very friendly. They answered all of my questions and they recommended me a lot of places which I must visit during my stay in Naples.

Most of the staff did not feel like working, the common room was inhabited by Indians who do not know how to speak softly, even in the wee hours of the morning. Kitchen quite dirty.

Only one of the staff was cool, the rest were not. There was a refrigerator and kitchen in common. The room had air conditioning and large bathrooms, and was cleaned every day.

there is a terrace for eating outside on the 3rd floor, and in the reception area is a water cooker, a microwave and a locker for valuables (lock for 3€), reception is really helpful and nice

Only accepts cash which is not stated anywhere on booking. Please make this clear. Ensuite bathroom, my only complaint, I just don't like them, noisy when trying to sleep and people are using it and also means you only have one bathroom available rather than many when in communal corridor.

Much better than I assumed it would be based on pictures and reviews. 6 bed dorm, comfy (for a hostel) bed. Plenty of plug sockets, air con in the room. Ensuite bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. Was quiet, which suited me perfectly, if you're looking for communal events& socialising maybe not the best place for it

The only had one set of stairs for all the bunkbeds so had to jump most of the time from the top bunch which was painful with barefeet they were also round and metal and not a step which hurt. Could have done with more shelfing and hooks in the bathroom and the shower was pretty awful water was cold.

Staff were friendly and followed up quickly with enquiries regarding things that weren't working correctly etc. , Felt safe, beer, juce and bottled water was fairly priced at the hostel and they had a good social space on the roof.

The blankets in the dorms are a bit gross because there are no sheets. There is only one toilet for so many guests. These things require improvement.

The location is perfect for both Napoli and trips from harbour and train station (e.g. Capri, Ischia, Sorrento, Pompeii). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value for money given the amazing location.

The prices in Naples went up like crazy: 30€/night for a 6bunk room is unheard of. Other than that, the lower bed has such a low ceiling (the upper bed) that it's impossible to sit down. Also some bed curtains and personal light would be great to have.

The staff was always extremely nice and happy to help. Especially the Brazilian guy, he was a pleasure to talk to! The location is pretty great, just around the corner from Duomo metro station and 10min walking from the main train station (the street doesn't look great but I always felt safe). The A/C in the bedroom saved my life during these super hot days. If you ask for the remote at the reception you can set the temperature you prefer.

They had quite a lot of downstairs space which would have been better used. Easily could have made a simple kitchen available to the hostel users where they could prepare and wash the dishes they used.

I like the easy access to the hostel because my flight arrived later in the evening. The staff were very helpful through out!

Bunks on the smaller side (If you are tall, you won't be able to sit up) No lockers in rooms but also the hostel is safe so no need for these

Comfortable beds with blankets and sheets provided. Lovely staff who gave recommendations for places to eat and visit Easy check in and out Nice social vibe in rooms Good location to walk to attractions/restaurants/popular areas. 2 minutes from the metro (Naples metro system is very good)
