Type of dinner is not appropriate for the agritourismo!! The price of dinner for 2 equals the price of overnight stay with breakfast! It was Table d’hôte dinner (one set with no possibility to choose) from the chef (tiny portions, it took almost 2hrs for the dinner because we waited a while for every dish, extremely overpriced for Sicily, drinks not included). The quality of food was very good, but I find it ridiculous to have such mega fancy dinner in the upper-level agritourismo, without alternatives. We would prefer a simple local countryside dinner. This was also why we didn’t stay longer than 1 night - there are no alternatives for dinner in the area because the agritourismo is so remote, and having such dinner second time would be too much.

it’s amazing well-maintained hotel with beautiful facilities! I was in love! Breakfasts are incredible- local products, great variety, incredibly tasty! It included fruit, fresh pressed juices, freshly made pies! The best we’ve ever had!

There are quite a few cats on the property and my fiance is allergic, so just being mindful of that and letting the host know.

An extremely beautiful farm stay, the property is gorgeous and the staff are lovely. The best meal I have ever eaten was at this farm stay! It is a very luxurious experience!

I was surprised that the cost for the wines (Occhipinti, COS) were higher than expected. It would have been more of an incentive for guests to buy more wine had the prices been more discounted given the affiliations. There would have been interest from many guests as well to have a cheaper option for a car service between the property and the vineyards, to avoid the risk of driving under the influence, or having to bike in a heat wave.

It was very relaxing and the staff was lovely. It’s a beautiful property and we love Arianna Occhipinti and COS wines so it was a treat for us to stay at Baglio Occhipinti. The cooking class was a very nice touch, and the Chef was very friendly.

The hotel per se was exceptional, one of the best stays in Sicily. The surroundings were beautiful and very inviting to spend the day relaxing or doing any of the activities the hotel offers. Staff were lovely and they offered a closed and tailored menu for dinner, which we highly recommend.

Being in our late 60’s, We were a bit disappointed that we were given the room that had a small entrance with a couch, and many steep steps to the bedroom above. Seemed that every/most other rooms were on the ground floor.

Stunning property in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards. Beautiful gardens, stunning pool. Breakfast was fantastic as was dinner, set outside on the balmy nights. We participated in the cooking class. The chefs and staff were fantastic. Easy drive to beautiful surrounding areas.

the lush and dinner menu does not offers second option. so if problem with menu or food restriction, no option or por option. restaurants are far away. we bought our cold cuts, cheese, etc.. food and they where kind to set a table for our picnic.

Historic country structure with modern design where appropriate- lovely quiet setting with wonderfully prepared meals. Enjoyed the cooking class, and touring the family owned winery just down the road.
