It's a small room with not much space to maneuver, but has enough space for all of our gear and hooks to hang items.

Great location near the Sassi. Clean, basic room. Helpful host who provided a place to store our bicycles on the ground floor (room was up several flights of stairs).

Very nice place, not far from the main city attractions and from the railway station, stunning view from the balcony. The place was very clean and equipped with basic staff like soap or shampoo. The owner arranged an early check-in for us which was very important because we didn't have to carry the bags while visiting the city. The contact with the owner was also great.

No major negatives at all, but the walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear the neighbours. A couple of glasses and/or cups instead of small plastic cups would be preferable and more environmentally friendly.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The view from the balcony is unbeatable and the location is very central. The room is clean and light.

The residence that we were offered was very close to the old Matera Everything redone well decorated and very comfortable The owner took our luggage to the apart because there was a large stairs to get upstairs. I highly recommend the property that is CLOSER to the old Matera

We stayed in room for 5 people and the is a plenty of space for everyone. The bathroom was big enough. Everywhere was very clean and comfy. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. The whole place is modern and stylish. There is free coffee and tea. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice modern and clean apartment. Location is perfect as it’s just a few minutes walk to old town and panoramic view of Matera. Highly recommended staying there. Rosa explained us everything about the city and gave as a map with marked the best views and attractions.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Rosa was also very nice and helped us to get around and recommend some nice places It is located on the perimeter of the old centre, making it ideal for those coming with the car. There are public parking spaces in front of the property that are free of charge. However, this may not always be available.

The room was very clean. Only 5 minutes to center and Sassi. Gianfranco gave us a good recommendation for free parking only 300m away from the apartment. Everything was very good Thanks :)
