A new little hotel. Pristine facilities and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our breakfast (and the picnic breakfast provided when we needed a early start for an Etna Hike). It is a peaceful haven with lovely views of the mountain from the pool and garden

Very friendly and helpful people there (especially Pina, but also the owner and all others there). Nice location with big pool - you can even visit them with your helicopter (helipad is next to them)

Everything was perfect.

we liked the pools so much! We had marvelous view from our both balconies - sea on one side and Etna on the other side. We were lucky enough to see Etna's red glowing peak in the darkness. The hotel has a beautiful garden as well. There were 2 bathrooms in our room which was extremely convenient when travelling with the family. The staff was so welcoming, we were allowed to stay in our room as long as we wish , so we stayed half of the day on our checkout day. We are coming back there soon, for sure.

Very clean and nice country house. We didn't get the room we booked, but we got the deluxe room, which was very comfortable. The staff and the owner are really hospitable, kind, attentive. The surroundings are lovely, the plants make the place very homely. Phantastic view to the Etna, the pool and bar are cosy. We were really satisfied.

If we have to mention something, then it is the coffee at the breakfast.

Very nice and helpful personnel (in particular the woman who had only worked here for one month, but don't know her name!). Beautiful garden/flowers/plants and all maintained with so much detail and attention. Good and complete breakfast. Very clean and just the whole accommodation and atmosphere was great.
