Sina was a great host and went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay! We had amazing views overlooking the lake, and breakfast was served each morning in the restaurant downstairs. Beautiful roomy apartment, well equipped, and location was 10/10.

The location is exceptional. Close to the ferry and the train station. The manager, Sina, is amazing. Always available and very helpful. The room was beautiful, clean with an amazing view. The restaurant had a lot of options for breakfast and the staff extremely pleasant, especially Valentina. Would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

We really loved the apartment. You cannot get a better location in Varenna. The view was fabulous. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Sina made out stay perfect. Breakfast just downstairs out front door, along with gelato! We will return! Thank you, Sina.

Our lake view studio was exquisite: clean, comfortable and very centrally located. It’s right on the lake, surrounded by cafes, shops, restaurants, and easily walkable from the ferry dock and train station. The communication from Sina was excellent: from check in, questions while we were here, to helping us coordinate transportation back to Milan as there was a rail strike on our last day. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend this property!

We couldn’t get the WiFi to work but didn’t mind as we had the lovely view.

Location was outstanding! View was amazing and our door was right next to the water front and Bar Molo which was lovely to sit and have our breakfast in the morning.

It is a 5 minute walk on cobblestones so would not rec bringing wheeled luggage. Our host was kind enough to carry ours for us.

The view was spectacular and it was a short walk to the Lake Como ferries. Breakfast was served in the restaurant downstairs. It is a lovely apartment and host was very helpful.

Bar Molo is open late at night so it gets very noisy when trying to sleep as our apt was right next to it and the windows are very thin. Bathroom sink was very small so water splashed all over your feet and the floor when washing your face.

The location of apartment is in a prime location and views of the lake were spectacular! Our apartment (#7) was on the second floor and had many windows and a balcony to enjoy the lake view. The apartment was nicely decorated, cozy and looked modern. Sina, our hospitality manager was so nice and welcoming. He was able to make dinner reservations for us and gave us good recommendations. Breakfast came with our room which was very good at Bar Molo (eggs, bacon, yogurt fruit bowl, coffee, etc) and has a beautiful view of the lake. Since its all outdoor seating, the weather can be a challenge. It was cold in the am in April but they provided blankets which helped.

The property is beautiful, with everything needed for a perfect stay. Best location in Varenna! We stayed in Apartment 2 (split level) and the views from the balcony, on the second floor off the bedroom, are phenomenal of Lake Como and the mountains. Sina the property manager is the perfect host. Breakfast is served daily at the waterfront restaurant downstairs Bar Il Molo and you are able to order off menu, as part of your stay. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner for a very reasonable price. This property is approximately 10 minute walk to ferry, a 2 minute walk to main piazza (up the steps), and 15-20 minute walk, with luggage, from train. Ferry to Bellagio (approx. 15 minutes) is well worth the trip. Beautiful botanical gardens, shops and restaurants.

Nothing except that we left to go to Como city for a few nights. We really regret leaving our Divina Vita apartment! We have already planned to book again this year as we loved the deluxe apartment so much!

We stayed in the Deluxe apt for 5 nights and it was absolutely the best location in the whole town. In fact, the main selfie/instagram shot is down below the apartment as the view is so beautiful. We even saw someone get their wedding photos done there. It is above restaurant seating, but it's just sounds like background noise. After all, it is Italy and it's all about vibrant living. We loved being in the heart of the town. We particularly liked that the balcony had enough room for a table and chairs, which many balconies in town do not. We would just sit out there and people watch and look at the snow capped mountains. The rooms are nice and bright with lots of windows but what is great was that, at least in April, the hot sun doesn't stream directly in the windows. The apartments down the road looked like they would get so hot in the afternoon. Also, the included breakfast at Bar In Molo was fantastic. I loved all the fresh fruit in the granola bowl and my husband said the bacon was the best he has had in his life. Sina, the manager of the apartments was incredibly sweet and kind. He truly wanted us to have a great time. The shower is compact but with great water pressure and a nice shower wand with several different settings. Ps I posted a photo with the deluxe apt circled so you can understand where it is.

It was raining like hell in April when we arrived. It was not exactly the easiest place to find the apartments. Once we found there everything was perfect. Sina was an excellent host. He kindly took our oversized luggege stairs up to the room and explained everything. He was kinder than you can get! The breakfast was a bit more interesting. It was served on a bistro just below the apartment. The breakfast menu was indulgent though and we could choose from the list. In early April the mornings were not that warm, but they had blankets. This was stil, the place to stay in nice Varenna!

Nothing - it was brilliant

Fantastic location overlooking the lake. Just a 15minute walk from the station. Walking distance to all main attractions. Our contact Sina was so accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The apartment was clean, comfortable and perfect for our break away. Having Bar Il Molo below was great for breakfast, drinks and dinner.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. I don't think I will ever stay anywhere with a more spectacular view. Breakfast is served in the bar below and was really nice. The manager Sina was brilliant, so helpful. Could not have loved it more!
