The apartment is a real gem right next to Colosseo, near a metro station and very convenient for accessing all the historical places in Rome-many of them are on walking distance. The property is stylishly renovated, very clean and comfortably equipped with everything needed. There were complementary coffee, soft drinks, prosecco, breakfast supplies, and even homemade pie.The hosts were very kind. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely come back again.Highly recommend!

The apartment was spacious and excellently located. The metro station was very close by. Our balcony had a view of the colosseum and the colosseum was a short walk away. Our hosts were hospitable, generous and accommodating. Overall, this was an excellent experience.

That I had to come home…

Everything! If you are reading this review and thinking of booking. Then book! Honestly you will not be disappointed. We were 4 adults so not sure how the accommodation would work but was perfect. The sofa bed actually very comfortable and the space works well for adults sharing. The location, the apartment and Luigi all were amazing really could not have asked for more.

The property is an amazing find! It is one block from the Colosseum. The owners - Luigi and Cristina - were amazing hosts. The flat was well decorated, cleaned and stocked with all the essentials a traveller would need including pastry, coffee, and ham and eggs! The property was very clean, all utilities worked well and the AC helped cut the afternoon heat of Rome. We look forward to returning - thank you Luigi and Cristina!

Property is on first floor and doesn't have lift so it's little hard to go with luggage and pram.

Location is good. Host is very helpful. He tried his best to make us comfortable. All the things were provided there. Even he kept milk and other food .

Our host was waiting for us at the property and went over everything. He had a fresh pie, meats, cheeses, champagne and water for us in the kitchen. Bathroom was stocked with all products including toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair spray, etc. The location was great, in steps of the Colosseum. Highly recommend this apartment!

Spacious, comfortable and great location! Laundry on site with drying racks to allow for us to clean our clothes mid trip traveling in Italy. Luigi was very helpful at showing us how to get around by map and even made reservations and recommendations for us prior to our stay. There were snacks, water and Prosecco when we arrived. Just fabulous customer service all around!

An amazing apartment metres away from the Colosseum yet quiet and comfortable. Greeted at the apartment by Luigi who showed us through and gave us tips on navigating the sites of Rome. The kitchen was stocked with a freshly baked cake and the fridge full of breakfast supplies as well as a lovely bottle of Prosecco. Couldn't have asked for more and will definitely stay again when we visit Rome next.

The hosts provided beautiful little additions to the apartment such as cake and food stuffs. The host met us at the property and ensured we were happy and settled us in. The check-in and check-out was seamless. The location is amazing! I highly recommend this property to anyone.

We liked everything.

We had an amazing stay. Luigi is a wonderful host and made sure we were sorted with everything we need..and even had bread, milk, biscuits, cold meats, champagne and other treats and snacks waiting for us. I give this accommodation 10 out 10...for location, cleanliness and just pure convenience. Definitely recommend.

Lovely condo close to the colosseum. Great stay after cruise to see the sights of Rome. Right up the street from colosseum and close to lots of other sights. Everything at the condo was so nice and clean. Luigi makes you feel very welcome with stocked treats for your stay and help with getting around town and restaurant recommendations. when we make it back to Rome we will definitely be staying here again.

The only real negative was that due to the roadwork currently happening around the Colosseum one of the shorter access routes up from the Colosseum Metro stop was not accessible, making for a longer walk around then up hill with our bags. Not something I'd 'penalise' the accommodation for!

Luigi was an awesome host. Met us with a friendly demeanour, helped with our bags (first floor walk up - lift available), and provided the most generous welcome gifts of every place we've stayed throughout Italy over the past 4 weeks! Location was awesome, just up from the Colosseum.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The location is fabulous. Looking at the Colosseum from the balcony is wonderful. The hosts left a lovely, very handy, welcome package. Good public transport connections.

Not complaints, just information. Parking is tricky and limited. There are stairs to apartment. Again, Luigi was very helpful and met us outside the apartment to assist with luggage and parking.

Location close to coliseum, lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, stores very close. Charming, historical building. Our host, Luigi, was wonderful. There were snacks and treats for us and some drinks. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, utensils, dishes, toaster, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and many more items.

This was the cutest little Italian apt. The owner met us at check in, showed us around the apt and made sure we were taken care of. He coordinated our airport transfer the next day which was so helpful.

Brilliant location. Very comfy bed and pillows. Bedroom was dark so slept very well. Nice touches with welcome food in the fridge and a bottle of Prosecco. Cannot fault anything.

Nothing really. everything was good and pleasant

We enjoyed our stay in this appartment; the kids loved it and they love the view over the park and the the colosseum. Luigi is a fantastic host; he helped us in our luggage via lift (appartment in the 1st floor while lift stop in the 2nd. not an issue at all). He and hi wife waited us outside, they showed as the appartment and they gave as a lemon cake, drinks and snack for our use. The sofa bed was good size and my kids did not complaint. Location is perfect, we walked from the appartment to the major historic parts of Rome. Luigi helped us to arrange a taxi to the station after our check out. we loved the appartment theme and the historic decoration. we will definitely return to this flat. The restaurants nearby are all good ( I had in the restaurant at the back street of the building, the best tiramisu during my 15 days across Italy stay).

Luigi is an excellent host! He welcomed us with open arms and gave us a map, explaining how to easily get to every landmark we wished to visit. He left us a ton of food for breakfast and amazing coffee, but the best of all was his wife's homemade pie. The apartment is right next to the Colesseum, which is an excellent location. Another good thing is that there are a bunch of restaurants close by. We'll definitely be going back one day!

Unfortunately but understandably for a very old building, there was an unpleasant smell from the plumbing in the bathroom. I think we must have been unlucky to experience that as other guests do not mention it in reviews. The skate board riders in the skate facility across the road were noisy in the daytime but it was closed at night, so not a problem.

The apartment is nicely decorated and in an excellent location. You can stand on the small balcony and see the Colosseum. The bed was comfortable and the night was peaceful, with very little noise.
