weekend. We got a lovely room at the top floor. It was really nice and spacious and daily cleaned with superb quality. Didn’t expected that. The hotel staff was nice, professional and helpful. We had hotel breakfasts during our stay. They were tasty with good choice of local products, sweets and Italian coffee served. I need to appreciate the deepest respect for the gentleman working in the restaurant during breakfasts. He was so kind, polite, and smiling that meeting him was a great start of each day. Great hotel in a location rammed with hotels. Really close to the train station. Ideal for accessing nearby resorts. Nice food. Lovely staff

I booked half board. But the diner is fine but not outstanding. And if you want pizza you will pay extra and not get the starter and dessert even if you booked half board.

The room was very comfortable. New beds and a nice new bathroom. Not sure if all rooms are new though. Location is perfect. Parking free and sufficient spaces. They have a room to put bikes in. All in all we had a great stay and would go back to this hotel again.

Situated on a very noisy road, couldn’t sit on the balcony because of traffic fumes and huge lorries going past constantly. Would t stay again because of this.

Reasonable food at dinner for half board, but as this is in Italy thought it would be a bit better. Main courses and puds good but house wine awful. Soups very bland, Salad bar never changed throughout our stay. I think our expectations were probably too high due to previous reviews. Breakfast reasonable. Room was very modern and clean but a bit soulless . Nice staff in the dining room and reception.

We loved it here! The room was really comfortable and clean, easy parking and quick walk to town for food. Also the restaurant was really good, we went for dinner a few nights when we were super tired from hiking and didn't feel like going out very far. The breakfast is great, by far the best we had on our trip. The staff is also really friendly, despite our terrible italian and even worse german :)

Sometimes had to wait a while for staff to come to the reception and it would have been nice to have a mini-fridge and kettle/coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast was good, not great. I expected a little more for the price, but I guess you pay mainly for the location.

The bathroom in this particular room was crowded with the bidet and toilet paper roll holder on opposite side to the toilet… fine for one person… be crowded for two..

Our reservation stated twin beds but when we arrived to hotel, we're told that its not showing on our reservation and it must be requested by messaging them. At the end, staff was able to accommodate and provide twin beds.

The pillows were for me personally a little bit on the softer side. Missed the vegetables at the breakfast, which on the other hand was were rich.

First and foremost I have to give kudos to Lucia and Florian for providing great support. I also need to point out that (renovated) room was big enough for two persons to move around easily. The bathroom was very spacious as well. Free parking in the front of the hotel is a nice addon. One additional thing I need to commend are both the breakfast and dinners. Really tasty food eventhough I have missed some vegetables in the morning. Overall a great experience and will recommend further.

Shower water could have been a little hotter for more then five minutes. Bed was not too bad but could have been a bit more comfortable.

The evening desk staff was excellent very helpful, very cheerful. The morning waiter was amazing. I wish I caught his name but I know he works every morning and has a break mid day and comes back for the evening. He was spot on with everything! The other evening waiter was not so great
