There isn't too much to do in Mondello but Palermo is a short drive away. We visited Domia for a relaxing trip and didn't feel the need to venture out much as the hotel has everything you could possibly need.

Wow! What an incredible stay. Everything at Domia is intentional and full of meaning. The breakfast, the rooms, the restaurant, the pool - all outstanding. The room offers all the facilities you could need (plus a balcony with stunning views) and the entire hotel is designed in an appealing, thoughtful way. Together, these elements make for an unforgettable experience. The highlight of our trip was the incredible staff who were so friendly and made our trip outstanding. We were treated like 5 star guests throughout our entire trip, whether in the restaurant (the breakfast is out of this world), sipping an aperitivo at the poolside or simply walking to our room. We were always greeted with smiles and cheery conversation (in English, French or Italian - whatever your preference). I have a gluten and lactose intolerance and this was noted at every possible point, with the restaurant offering adaptations and staff offering me gluten free biscuits with my coffee! One of the best trips I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. We cannot wait to return!

It would have been nice to have a downstairs chill out area e.g. bar to relax in after the meal. It would have been lovely if the pool had been heated as it was so beautiful.

The food was extraordinary, delicious breakfast all cooked to order and we had a superb meal in the evening. Our room was very comfortable with a superb view of the pool.

Normally, I do not rate the (many) hotels we’ve been to but in this case I just had to because it was close to perfect. We loved the Jacuzzi on the balcony and the owner and her staff really know what friendly service is about.

The balcony on our room was quite unideal, it was L-shaped and was large, which was okay. It is quite far from Palermo, so ensure you are okay to drive and park. There really isn’t much around domia so be prepared to drive into Palermo ~25 minss

The staff was excellent at domia, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provide useful tips. Breakfast was wonderful.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, they made us feel very welcome and took care to note our preferences. Everything we ate was fantastic, especially the breakfast and baked bread/cakes. We were celebrating our birthdays and they even surprised us with a cake! Our room was incredibly clean, with a very large bathroom. The location was walking distance to Mondello beach, and the hotel was able to provide us with a spot with sunloungers. The hotel pool area was beautiful, and never felt too crowded. At times we had the pool to ourselves.

The room was clean and had a lovely small terrace. The food was fresh and outstanding with a good choice of wine. The staff were knowledgable about the wines as well as the ingredients of the food. The breakfast was also superb.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Visited with my husband for our honeymoon and it was perfect, handy location for the town but tranquil and quiet, felt private and safe and the hotel and outside area is beautiful. We had a room with the outdoor area and jacuzzi, all lovely, spacious, clean. Staff could not have been more attentive and kind to us throughout and you feel you get to know them after only a few days. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and everything we tried delicious. We also had an evening meal which was fantastic but real highlight was pasta lunch next to the pool. Just a brilliant hotel run by lovely people.

One night neighbors were having a loud party when trying to sleep, but I don't think there's much the hotel could have done about it. It was a shame, as the setting is otherwise so peaceful.

The service is incredible. We had a room with hot tub and it was perfect! Highly recommend for couples wanting a relaxing getaway.
