Nothing at all!

Breakfasts were beautifully catered for, with home baked pies, tarts and biscuits, along with eggs, ham, cereals, toast, yoghurts, fruit and fruit juices, and of course barista coffees, superb!!! The location was perfect, close to Spello, Assisi and surrounds and the apartment was amazing, restored and renovated old authentic Stone farm house buildings, wonderful!

That it wasn’t warm enough to try the jacuzzi.

A beautiful location just out of Spello with wonderful views out over the hills to Assisi. Cassandra was a great host who quickly responded to any questions prior to our arrival and offered many options for us during our stay. The room was immaculately presented with a very comfortable bed and breakfast was very good with lots of variety. It was good to be away from the hustle and bustle of being in town and to not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend this B&B.

Domus Antiqua is in a scenic location overlooking the Topino valley. Cassandra, the host, is welcoming to her visitors. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. The accommodation is excellent and breakfast sets you up for the day. Domus Antiqua is a great base for visiting the hill towns in the area.

There was some moldiness in the bathroom due to poor ventilation; a ceiling fan or dehumidifier seems needed! The jacuzzi temperature was tepid, almost cold; not sure if that was the intention or if it was not working properly, but we were expecting/hoping for hot water.

Cassandra was a very friendly and helpful host. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with many delicious sweet and savoury options, and espresso drinks made to order. The suite was clean, spacious and cool, with a comfortable bed and chairs to relax in. The garden was beautiful with its trees and shrubs and string of lights, and in the evening we saw fireflies!

Nice and warm hospitality by cassandra, who took care for all we needed and asked. Lovely cakes and coffee at breakfast Good location to tour assisi and north umbria , very quiet area, nice garden and view of the valley

Cassandra is so kind and thoughtful and was very helpful. The breakfast was the best, excellent coffee …beautiful furniture, the room cleaned daily, garden and surroundings, extremely quiet, we loved our walks into Spello and Assisi through the olive groves. A very special 4 night stay.

It was a very beautiful time that we spent at Domus. Everything about the property was excellent. Our host, Cassandra is one of the best people that I’ve come across who would go out of the way to make our stay comfortable in every way possible. I highly recommend anyone who’s travelling to Umbria region to stay at Domus.

Cassandra is a fantastic host, very helpful. The area is beautiful, garden is well organized for the guests, you can use all conveniences incl. jaccuzzi. House is well kept. Breakfast is so good..

I can not think of it!

A lot more than satisfied. I and my wife regret to stay only 1 night due to our schedule. Casandra and her team's hospitality and perfect facility with nice views will be remembered very long!

no negatives

This is truly a hidden gem. This immaculately restored property is steeped in ancient history dating back hundreds of years. Not only that but the views are incredible over the valley. One of our best stays in Italy. The host was wonderful and so was the included breakfast. She also recommended a great restaurant that was minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful property while still within a ten minute drive from Assisi. Five star stay for a very reasonable price.
