Hard bed and hard pillows. View was great from Room. Was 25 min walk into the main part of town and ferry.

View from the terrace was amazing! And the air conditioning worked fabulous! Had parking lot for rental car. Breakfast was at a cute cafe 3 min walk away.

Amazing view! It was a special feeling to wake up and see the lake from your window. The balcony was even better with a view over Belaggio, the lake and the Alps in the background. One more highlight was the host - Nataliya - who was very kind, very helpful and gave us great dinner recommendations. The breakfast solution with a small local bakery works very well - it is close, the brioche are really good and there is a big variety of home-made cakes. The house is located on a small hill above Belaggio and the 20-25 minutes walk home after dinner was refreshing and helped for a good sleep.

Minor comment but usually people travel with various electronic devices, so having more plugs in the room or even USB plugs directly could be useful

Location would not be the most convenient, but I would say the view it worth it.

The view from my balcony was breathtaking. You’ll be in the in the central over looking at Varenna and Mennagio. Better of you have a car because the walk from city centre it’s a big exhausting 30min and most are uphill.

Location is perfect if you drive. Spacious room for 3. Nice view from our room. The terrace is perfect to enjoy sunshine or the lake view. A small pantry gives you everything you need to enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine at the terrace. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great stay.

My bedroom could have a slight better lake view

The owners are super friendly and provide transportation from the ferries; the terrace has a magnificent view and is open 24hrs; the balconies are huge!! They also provide free of charge amenities and drinks

The location is troublesome if you don't have a car. Public transport is unreliable, and taxis have a long waiting time. 30 min walk uphill on winding road is the other option. Nevertheless, the staff does offer drives to the centre in the morning.

The AC can be a little loud at times - take earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me.

The view is stunning and the staff are all super nice and helpful. They have great recommendations on where to eat / what to do during your stay. Each room has their own balcony with the view on the lake and the top floor terrace is shared and really enjoyable. I was also able to leave my luggage after check-out as my train back was later in the day. It was a very relaxing stay!

Nothing. Advice though, you really need a car, it is a fair walk down to Bellagio, and very steep on the way back up. We hired a car for peanuts in Milan ( relatively, £100 for 3 days) which we thought was cheaper than taxis, and turned out to be an excellent idea

Very clean, cracking views onto the lake, quiet, plenty of parking, lovely host, air con effective, and the local bakery for breakfast a stroll away was really the icing on the cake, what a great idea.

Location was a bit far. 30 mins walk downhill. To comeback you cna request a shuttle pickup. Takes 20-30 mins but its only from 9-6. Walk back up was difficult as its all uphill. But you can get a taxi

Amazing views of lake from balcony, very spacious clean rooms. Breakfast is vouchers to use at local bakery/cake shop. Small 5 minute walk for a beautiful setting to have breakfast, feel like a local. Handy if you have a car to get to this apartment, it does have free parking on site. Small drive to city centre.
