Google Maps showed a different building. I'm not sure if it was just for me, though it was very close.

It was clean and modern. All required amenities were there. Very close from Domodossola railway station.

Corporate policy does not allow for air conditioning to be switch on until 1st June, this didn't impact our stay as it was cool enough but should state this on website.

Marguerita was absolutely wonderful! She helped to guide us safely to our hotel room. She also helped us discover one of the most beautiful churches in Domodossola.. Sacro Monte Calvario

Would have enjoyed a creamer/milk for the coffee but understand it is difficult to ensure it stays fresh/consumable.

Everything was good, maybe just coffee mocca pot can be replaced with new one, it was bit burnt, so hesitated to use it, but was ok. Can hear the main door being closed by louder guests but otherwise nice and quiet.

Great comfort, super clean, very kind staff. The location is in the city centre of the city, right behind Palazzo San Francesco. Piazza Mercato is right behind the corner. The building is elegant, reflecting the true identity of the city and the past of the building itself. Amazing experience.

The bathroom had a curtain shower giving it a cheap note, and not my style at all.

A property with an excelent location, in the heart of the city, very comfortable and clean. And also pet friendly, which is very important for us, because we are traveling only with our little dog.

It isn't an easy property to find and upon arrival there was a pin but it didn't give us access to the main building so we had to call reception. The receptionist didn't seem to care too much about helping us, we asked about parking and we weren't offered the onsite carpark. We asked the next day and a different much friendlier receptionist helped us with the parking and how to use the garage.

You need food for a self-catering stay, of course, and the nearest supermarket is a 6-minute walk away, by the main station, we didn't find a general food-store nearby. The cooking facilities in the apartment are pretty basic.

The town-centre location was perfect for us to see the town and enjoy the central plaza. We had an upgraded room. The underground garage was very handy. We arrived on Sunday and the member of staff was on site to show us the garage and our room. A local bakery is round the corner, handy for bread croissants. An excellent restaurant is also close: the "Alternative Bistrot" Via Briona N.22 - superb food reasonably priced.

Our room was located just next to one of the entrance doors and people started to open and close this door constantly quite early in the morning. Therefore the night was rather short for us.

The hotel was superbly situated very close to the main town square with lots of bars and restaurants and close to the railway station. Brando stayed late to welcome us as many trains were delayed. The room was very clean and with good quality fittings. The hotel was also good value.
