You should include in the instructions how to start the hot water because I missed the thermostat for a whole day.

The hosts were amazing, they answered any of our questions. We loved the breakfast, especially the croissants. Overall we had a great time here.

Good value for its price. Room was reasonable, but some improper usage of the room is visible. Bathroom is very nice and everything there was working properly, bathroom is private and accessed directly from the room. Apartament was nice and clean when we arrived and room service is daily. Kitchen is shared, but well equipped. Kitchenware is reasonably new and nice to use.

The house owner is really nice and kind. Room is also in tidy. The house owner cleaned it every day. Because we arrived late and unfamiliar with Roma, the house owner answered my questions patiently.

The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and a good breakfast was served. They also have a shared kitchen that is very well equipped. Daniele is a fantastic host, he is welcoming, helpful and made us feel like home! If we go back to Rome, for sure we will stay there again.

I didn't find wine opener in apartament, could be that other tenent had it in room or i missed that, tried to open by knife but everything ended up in the sewer... If missing, next guest appreciate if find it :)

10/10! Highly recommended! Like in 5 star hotel or better. Daily great clean service, also on Sunday! Breakfast with coffy outside the property included. Kichen with coffy machine(delicious lavatza capsul) and other stuff shared by 3 rooms. Apartment very well equiped. Room with very comfortable bed and air condition. Bidet in bathroom.❤️ Separate bathroom for each room. Very good contact with owner/contact person Daniel, realy nice man. DomuSumma should be an example for others how apartaments and service could looks like!

There could be more wall hangers so that there is enough place to hang your towels.

the room is really clean and it’s cleaned every day. the common kitchen was really nice and helpful during our stay. also the breakfast place was really good. we loved the coffee and cornettes there. the location is good too, it’s not in a turistic area, which makes it comfy so you can get away from the crowded places in the evening. still you can reach everywhere with metro in 20 minutes. staff is always helpful and always reachable if you need anything. I would definitely recommend this place :)

The property was clean and located near the metro station( Ponte Lungo) which is just 10 mins away from Termini and Colosseum. Daniel was v good in handling the check in process. He gave us coupons for breakfast which included crosssiant and coffe. Overall the property is very clean and much recommended.

The location was a bit further from the center than we expected, but with great connections to the buses and the metro, so it wasn’t a problem at all. The breakfast cafe was sweet, the cleaning lady extremely nice and so was the host. Everything was exceptionally clean, cleaning came every day. I wish there was a tea kettle though! Otherwise we were very happy with our stay, Rome is obviously amazing.

the property is far from city center and I was not aware that the room with private bathroom are actually part of a bigger flat. the room is pretty small and the ventilation in the bathroom makes a loud noise if you use it for longer than 15minutes.

The room/flat was clean, looked recently renovated and was looking good. The breakfast place was pretty good. we had good connections to city center.

Clean, modern room very close to 2 metro stations (line A) and regional train station (train stops at Fiumicino Airport). Our host Daniele was very helpful with everything, answered all our questions within seconds, very fast response. The room was cleaned every day during our 3 day stay. Common kitchen equipped with all the necessities. Breakfast included (coffee and croissant) in a nearby caffe-bar.
