The apartment is located in a historical building. It's well maintained and super beautiful but the elevator is one of the old ones with the doors you have to close manually. Our convertible stroller didn't fit into this elevator so we had to leave it outside in courtyard. This is by far our only concern about this property.

Honestly this was one of if not the best kept apartment I've seen so far. Everything is just as it should be, everything is in order, nice and clean. It's located a bit outside of the city center so that you don't suffer from the noise and night life, but close enough - you can get to Duomo probably in 10 - 15 min by metro. David, the host - has been sharing updates with me constantly, I had the property access instructions ahead of the time and even a short video explaining how to access the property.

Brand new, modern, homey, stylish, most beautiful apartment we’ve been in so far. Welcome treats plus the wine is over the top. And David, is one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever encountered. Always available to answer and help us out of our questions. He sounds very warm and friendly too when I spoke to him over the phone. His place was designed to provide the optimal experience for its guests. Super clean and got everything you need. Definitely 10/10!!!

- The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but there's an elevator so moving luggage isn't a problem. - Clean and comfortable. With simple, bright, and stylish decor. While not overly spacious, but fully equipped. - There is a supermarket very close to the apartment. - Staff were very prompt and did their best to provide answers to our questions during our stay. - Very quiet at night.

I loved the location, such a quiet street but with a supermarket 3 mins away, bakeries and cafes downstairs and a few bars a few mins away. Felt so at home and loved the treats and the prosecco, felt totally at home and the bed was sumptuous! Will certainly be back as loved it!

Everything was great.

Excellent apartment located several bus or Metro stations from the center of the Town and Milano Centrale railway station. Very clean and quiet apartment equipped with everything that you need for complete comfort. Check in is possible in any time and it is very easy. Host (David) is available for all questions and ready to help in various situations which is not related just to accommodation.

The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything we need. Every detailed was prepared for a wonderful stay (including good coffee, biscuits, water, a bottle of prosecco). The check-in was easy and we didn't had any inconvenience. The location is great. It has become our favourite apartment in Milano and we'll gladly return soon.

It should be noted that the living room of the blue apartment is on the small side (the bedroom is excellent size). For us with two young kids, it was perfect, but bigger families (or those with older kids) may want to consider booking one of the other bigger apartments available at Donatello 11.

Excellent accommodation, located very conveniently in a quiet residential neighbourhood, very close to the city centre. The apartment is newly renovated to a high specification, and is equipped with all necessary amenities. There was nothing that we missed during our two night stay - from soap/shampoo to cutlery/crockery, everything was there and had clearly been carefully thought through. We did not get to meet the owner (Davide), but he sent us clear and detailed instructions on how to get in (allowing us also to check in early), and was also fully available on Whatsapp for anything that could have been needed. The fact that he left us some nice local Christmas goodies (panettone & prosecco) as a welcome gift was certainly an added bonus! Thank you for everything! This will definitely be our go-to place next time we visit beautiful Milan!

We found the walk to be slightly long from the metro station along with the luggage. But we had a lot of bags. It’s easier with lesser bags.

David was extremely helpful. He was always available to answer questions. Very accommodating. The house was beautiful. Just like the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked. Nice welcome package provided as well. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The Green apartment is comfortable for our family of 5 adults. The rooms and bathroom were clean, modern and nicely decorated. The bathroom is much roomier than most of the EU small apartment bathrooms. The soap gift set in the box is very cute and a good souvenir piece. We appreciate the complimentary snacks, jams and sparkling bottled water. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend if you want a home away from home for your Milan visit.

The location is great!! Is in the city but it’s not too in the middle that it’s crowded and noisy. The room is super clean! Well decorated , everything is thoroughly organized. There are free snacks and wine. If you are looking for a place to stay while in Milan to explore the city, look no further!
