Breafast variety could be better. Room was little bit chilly during our stay (7th of March) but the AC heating was enough.

Location and price was great. Rooms were clean and spacious.

At this price point can't really complain.

Easy to reach by car and the rooms are clean and have the basics you might need. The breakfast was also a positive surprise with a lot of different options.

I book for 3 days, i check out in the 1st day cos something happened and i had to go, i already pay the 3 days stay and also i prepay the 3 day taxes and the don't return to me neither the 3 days taxes. The hotel is beautiful and the staff very polite and helpful. But at least the had to return me something

Room was clean. Within roughly 20 min on foot you can be in the city center. Perfect for our one-night stay.

The walls were probably freshly painted so there was some smell. Beside that, everything was very good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was really nice. The breakfast was delicious, but there could be a better selection of food. The great thing is that the hotel offers a free parking spot.

Parking in front of the hotel was full, so we followed the signs for a parking lot behind the hotel. From the signs it seemed like there was a back entrance, but we couldn’t find any so had to shlep our luggage on a cobble-stoned path to the main entrance (a bit eerie at night). The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke, but we got a different one within 2 minutes.

The hotel structure is modern, and our room was quiet, spacious, nicely equipped, and super clean. Free on-site parking. Buffet-style breakfast with a decent spread in a pleasant room on the first floor. A special shout-out to the lady at the reception whom I called to advise of our late arrival (2am). She had informed the night staff and we were able to check in smoothly.

I didn't find the breakfast appealing. I paid quite a lot of money for one night's stay and the breakfast had very little varriety.

Constant noise in room. Water droplets falling down in pipe within wall as condensation was occurring. At times this noise was a nuisance. The air-conditioning in room did not have an on/off switch neither could the temperature be varied.

no ramps from car park to hotel at rear so struggle with suitcases. Hotel bar not appealing for drinks, no restaurant serving evening meals despite having excellent dining room. Television noise at breakfast, not really necessary, intrusive. No balcony on rooms, would be useful at back of hotel is very sunny. In secondary retail area on outskirts of city so little tourist interest around area.

good location for Modena city to avoid parking problems! Free off road parking in rear of hotel. Breakfast included with good choice in large modern dining room. 15 minute walk to ring road, 25 mins to centre. Buses outside, train station nearby. Friendly bilingual staff. they advertised wifi but it wasn’t available in our room 5th floor and we had to go to the lobby which is unacceptable .

Shower was a little tight to manoeuvre in (mind I am 6' 4"). The air con didn't seem to work so got a bit warm at night, though not overbearing. Location is a little out from the centre but it was only 20-25 minute walk to the centre and was well connected with frequent buses to the centre and train station so didn't affect us much.

The hotel was clean and the staff attentive. The refurbishment has been done to a high standard throughout. Would happily stay here again if in the area.
