Great service...shoutout to a server during our daily breakfasts (I'll misspell her name (Yeneysis), but it is pronounced "Gensis"), she was terrific....along with the entire staff. We loved our visit.

At first we were in the annex building - which was not as nice as the hotel. The concierge kindly moved us to a basement room in the hotel - no view etc but comfortable. Next time we’d upgrade to a nicer room!

Having to leave

Beautiful ex convent conversion to high quality quiet sanctuary in the heart of Trastevere the most beautiful corner of rustic Roma . The staff were superbly attentive , friendly and not as aloof as some tend to be in other quality hotels .Great breakfast , modern rooms , very clean and comfortable . Rooftop deck with great view of the city .Highly recommended .

Loved that it was a renovated convent! Still a chapel in the hotel too! An amazing property in the Trastevere District of Rome. Away from the busyness of the city! Would absolutely go back next time!

The rooms were small and a bit plain for the price paid. Perhaps the renovated rooms would be better.

The history of this hotel is what intrigued us. It had a lovely courtyard for breakfast and a nice spread. It also was in a nice location, close to restaurants. The rooms were disappointing, however, being kind of small and dark. We had the executive double. I read they had renovated some rooms, however, so maybe the other rooms were nicer. I would think getting rooms right on the ground floor facing the courtyard may be better.

We just spent 5 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The staff were friendly and always helpful. If you want a quite spot that is only a few minutes walk to restaurants and everything Trastevere has to offer, this is the perfect spot.

We had a short, but great stay. Everything was very efficient and the hotel staff couldn’t be more polite or accommodating. It’s an historic property with a beautiful garden serving as a stunning setting for your breakfast. Cocktails were excellent and the location is perfect!

Nothing comes to mind, I really enjoyed my visit here and, if I return to Rome, will stay at the Donna Camilli Savelli again!

Everything! No complaints! Breakfast was very good and included just about everything one would want. Location was fun and a lot of energy. My room was super comfortable. The communal garden was gorgeous. The staff was wonderful. Always there to answer questions, provide directions and make dinner reservations (great choices too)! They are professional, courteous and fun!

Parking was easy, however, it's a little upsetting that they charge for it, considering space seems to be plentiful.

Breakfast was exceptional. Lots of choices and everything was really good. Staff was very professional and well trained to receive tourists and spoke great English. The property is outstanding, a former monastery that has been renovated into a hotel. Beautiful inside and outside. The location is great in Trastevere, Rome's most beautiful neighborhood, a walking distance from many restaurants and bars. Highly recommend it!
