Location is perfect, right in the heart of the Centro Storico of Monopoli, close to the harbour, the alleyways, restaurants and cathedral.

Due to the space being on the ground level, with very limited sunlight coming into the apartment, there is a presence of moldy smell in some areas. Also, virtually no sunlight in the space without having to turn on the light makes it hard to wake up in the morning.

The host Giandomenico is an absolute pleasure, and a true professional in tourism and hospitality. He was proactive and communicative. He gave a clear instructions on the parking spot, and when I was running a little behind, even picked me up from the parking spot -door to door service! And even brought me back to my car after check out. The location is PHENOMENAL. Monopoli is small, but the place is just around the corner from a busy area with a lot of good restaurant options, and attractions, yet in a very quiet area. It’s clear there is a lot of care and thoughts that go into designing and maintaining of the apartment. It provided a clean and comfortable stay regardless. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Stairs narrow and steep and the need to duck , hazardous for tall people ( head bumping hazards). No in room tea and coffee facilities.

Nothing!! I liked it all!

I loved everything about Donna Nina. The location was perfect - right in the middle of old town and walkable to everywhere. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. The rest of the place was nice too. There is a shared kitchen and a roof top patio. The view from my room was of the neighborhood and church. I loved it all so much. The owner, Giandomenico is fabulous. When I arrived in Monopoli, I got lost and he came and found me. He is so helpful and nice. I felt so comfortable and relaxed at Donna Nina! I will always want to stay there when I’m in Monopoli.

Only minor thing is that the wifi wasn’t great in some areas of the apartment it wasn’t a major issue for us.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain. Pleasant stay, nice location, active small city with a lot of life during night as well. I recommend to visit Monopoli and to stay to Donna Nina! Try the local food which is really amazing!

The apartment is situated in a very central location in the old town. It was easy to walk around, discover places and enjoying nice restaurants, bars and even beach places (300m from the flat). Everything needed was there. The owner welcome us and gave many suggestions about places to visit and where to eat. Bonus point: we got a nice ride with his typical Italian car: a vespa on 3 wheels! Amazing one!

The appartment was clean with a very nice decoration and organization. I loved it. It is quiet and in the same time close to everything (shop, restaurant, etc.). The host is very kind, providing lot of advises and welcomed us like we would be always welcomed. I défi y recommend this place and will come back to Donna Nina next time I come to Monopoli.

there’s construction right next door & they started at 7:30am on the monday. i wanted to sleep to 9:30am & still have time to shower & pack up for check out at 10:30 but the noise from the construction next door was really loud.

the unit was exactly as pictured. the balcony overlooks a church & monopoli, as part of the old town. the double bed was comfortable as well as the ac. the bathroom was fit for purpose as long as a hot & good flowing shower. it was great being so convenient in the heart of the historical centre. the host was available from time of booking to departure.
