The owners are absolutely lovely and personable. They also kindly let me stay after the checkout and use their internet for work. They also gave us recommendations on where to eat (restaurant Can Caus is great!). The location is perfect as it's just a short walk to the beach in the village and slightly longer to another beach. The room was great if only a tiny bit too small for the tree of us, and beautifully decorated. Each morning, they served a generous breakfast. Can't recommend it enough.

Everything was great! This place truly made our vacation unforgettable and somewhere where we felt really happy to be at. There was a minor issue with the shower but other than that our stay was perfect.

The Breakfast we enjoyed made our days, the owners were so incredibly nice and lively and gave us such good recommendations of how we should spend our day. The breakfast was extremely good we had cappuccinos and pastry’s that were local to Sicily. They also made us a tomatoe cheese and meat platter

Nice little place in Sant'Elia. Very close to a lovely small local beach. You can walk to the train station in Santa Flavia in approximately 20 minutes that has good connections to Palermo. You can walk also very easily to the beautiful fishing village Porticello with a lot really good restaurants. The hosts are very kind. The place is clean and the breakfast for our needs perfect. The parking space also was good and close to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend B&B Donna Sabella. Thanks you.

Sea View from the toilet, (room Panarea) close to the sea, host super friendly. Beautiful restored building. excellent value for money and breakfast will keep you going all day. Stored my bike in the garage.

Maybe add more breakfast choices, for example, boiled eggs or scrambled eggs, otherwise mainly sweets are served it would have been nice if regular balcony would have been included, it was more like half balcony if you can call it like that Otherwise no complaints

The hosts at bnb Donna Sabella were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and really filling for the day ahead. The location is excellent, just a few minute walk to beautiful beaches for swimming. Santa Flavia is a quiet little town with not many shops but it is the perfect place to switch off for a few days.

There was no one there when we got there to let us in, but after ringing he came working 10 minutes and also gave my partner a free beer. The shower seal leaked on the last night and there could possibly be a chopping board/cheese grater, but I’m being picky. There was litter on the beach which was quite sad but you could go to areas where there wasn’t.

We had the apartment on the top floor, the views were amazing, we had lots of space, great option to cook and sit on the balcony. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Perfect location for the special beaches of Saint Elia, but also of supermarket, beach bars, atm and pharmacy. We didn’t have a car so decent to get the train to Santa flavia and walk 20 minutes. Breakfast good selection too. The bed was very comfy and perfect air conditioning.

This is NOT a directly seafront property. The building is a block or two from the seafront. Only the upper level has a slim sea-view over the rooftops of buildings across the street. The furnishings are a bit dated but comfortable. The shower is small for a 200lb person.

We stayed one night at B&B Donna. The location is an hour or less drive from the Palermo airport... after a long day of connecting flights, we didn't want to travel too far on our first day of a 3 week Sicily visit. The hosts were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed on a rainy day before beach season, so the city itself was quiet. The room was average size, clean and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was excellent... a nice mix of Italian sliced meats and cheeses, along with very good Italian sweets. Fresh coffee to my personal preference. Fruit juices too.

The room needs a bit of renovation, the window in the bathroom as the only source of ventilation opens directly onto the common staircase and you perfectly hear each other with the other guests while using the toilet for instance. One day there was partly no electricity in the room (as far as I understand, not for the first time), the problem was solved on the next day.

Extremely beautiful, not very touristic place with a few cozy beaches, mountain trails with unforgettable views, supermarkets, cafes right near the hotel. Every morning - a delicious and freshly cooked breakfast on the first floor. The cleaning is every day if you need it (we didn't tho). I recommend trying a delicious and inexpensive pizza from Panificio L'angolo Della Bonta (the next building from the hotel).

the hosts! very welcoming and positive sport everyday. they gave many suggestions and were always there to help. it is a little village but this location was easy to see the important sites I. the area and also gives a local feeling as it’s all residential living spaces. highly recommend!

nice building, nice sea view from upper rooms. Owner couple are really nice persons, they help you with any of your needs. breakfast really nice, they are not running of cofee the whole day. though the rooms have no fridge there is a social area on the first floor with refrigerators to freeze your belongings. very close, only walking distance to a nice beach Spaggia Kafara.
