Federica and her mom picked us up from the designated parking lot and even helped us with our bags! Props to these beautiful people as they made our stay start off very well. On top of that the accommodation had everything we needed and the location of the apartment was great! Would come back again!

Lovely fresh apartment with separate bedroom, kitchen and full size fridge. Lots of crockery, cooking pans and condiments. Location second to none on the main shopping street within a few minutes of supermarket, duomo, ferry and train station of Como Lago. Super friendly and gracious host who accommodated any request.

We liked everything about the apartment but would suggest a coffee table would be good when using couch.

Lovely, spacious flat in a great location. The hosts are delightful, extremely helpful and have thought of everything to make the apartment comfortable for travellers. There are lots of traditional bars,family owned trattorias and osterias close by. The apartment is also well located for sightseeing in Como and a short walk to ferry terminals.

Excellent location in the centre of town. Clean apartment with good kitchen facilities. A few stairs to climb, but no problem. Nice balcony. Friendly and reactive host.

The AC was not as powerful as I would like it to be. The days we stayed were really hot and it took awhile to cool down. It never got as cold as we would like it to be.

The location was perfect. The host was helpful. The washing machine was useful. I loved how you could find shops and restaurants right outside the apartment.

There was nothing not to like. This apartment is a home from home with everything you need. It's gorgeous! In a central location. Authentic shutters on the windows, double glazed windows which block out the street noise. A coffee machine with pods. Great shower, comfy bed, can sign into english Netflix if you want to of an evening. Big fridge, full kitchen area. It was just fantastic and the hosts greeted us in the rain and even carried a suitcase up the stairs for us (50 steps to door).

Was initially uncertain about how to adjust the temperature but wasn’t a deal breaker. Building also doesn’t have elevators, but this is common from what we’ve seen travelling in/around Italy.

Apartment was clean, modern and spacious and is minutes from a relaxing walk by the water. Loved that they had laundry machine and rack we could use, and had cold water in the fridge ready to drink from the moment we settled in. Hosts were amazing from meeting us at the property (after a 3 hour train delay), to helping us with our luggage, walking us through recommendations and instructions, down to details such as placement of what you’d need, where you’d need them. Details like these to anticipate guests’ needs make stays that much more warm, inviting, comfortable and relaxing.

Excellent central location. There was a lovely balcony that was perfect for breakfast or a sundowner. Beautiful and spacious ensuite bathroom. The whole place was very clean. Friendly host who gave us good local advice.

The hosts were exceptionally helpful and kind. Very nice and clean appartement, excellent acoustic isolation (even if you live in Como centre), perfect location for eating, shopping or as starting point of travelling. And a big nice balcony! Oh how we like it for evening wine and morning coffee! And coffee machine was perfect thing! Good internet. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Would we come back? Definetly yes!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Federica couldn't have helped us more, from meeting us outside the accommodation to instantly replying on WhatsApp with recommendations for us to do around the area. The accommodation was top notch - we cannot fault it and was a perfect location. We loved our stay here and cannot thank Federica anymore for what she did for us. No lift, so you have to prepare. And no car allowed in the city center, only taxi. But it is not easy to get taxi in Como.

beds are small by American standards. would have liked king bed. apartment also got a little hot for early May. no elevator do lugging suitcases up four levels is a lot but hosts helped with luggage. lovely terrace made up for the negatives.

host was excellent. very responsive. let us drop bags and check in early. much appreciated. apartment was clean and new. coffee machine on site was great. bakery two steps from your door was outstanding for morning pastries, take out lunch or dinner.
