For us, the location was not suitable because it is guiet far from the City centre and the central train station. Also, the check-in conditions, instead of physically picking up the keys, we preferred online check in, based on a code, so as not to depend o the reception time, knowing that sometimes delays can occur that you cannot control. I was surprised by the request to show my credit card at the reception, as I had already paid for the accommodation, I have never encountered this situation.

The apartment we booked is located in a quiet place, in a green courtyard, it is spacious. Clean apartment and well equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast or dinner. We appreciate the balcon as well.

We were unaware that a 300 euro deposit was needed if you only had a debit card, however this was never actually taken from the bank it was just held.

Great location, just outside of Milan city centre and 3 min walk to metro station so city is easily accessible. Very reasonable pricing especially as we booked only the day before we stayed as another property let us down. Got everything you need and decently spacious aswell, easy check in process and we were even able to check in early.

*Excellent location to explore Milan. Metro line only 2/3 minute walk away. *25 minute walk to the San Siro *Other suburbs within 5/10 minute walking distance. *Local shops (Lidl), wine bars and restaurants. *We stayed in a studio apartment which was massive!! *Would definitely return for future visits.

The hours of check-in. I think that 3 pm is very late! After that, the request of credit card it's too much! When the client pay for the your stay cash or whit a card, it's absolutely fastidious require the credit card as guarantee!

We could have done with oven gloves and tea towels as, for us, we didn’t need to use the dishwasher much. Although Dreams Hotel do their best to maintain a quiet ambiance by requesting guests don’t make noise after 10pm - which is great, sounds do carry from other apartments because of their design. What’s worse is when the request is totally disregarded by guests!

They were very spacious apartments which was great for the family. Also quite well equipped, nice and light and good to have a balcony. Location was also very good as it was only 5 mins walk from the metro and 10 mins walk from a supermarket. Nice that the apartment blocks are in their own grounds which are well maintained and creates a nice quiet ambiance. Reception staff were very prompt and efficient in dealing with an issue caused by other (very noisy) guests; cleaning staff and other residents were very friendly. Thank you. Would we stay again? Yes.

The apartment is in good reach of a metro station (Max. 5min on foot) and the metro (M1) connects to all the sights. The apartment was huge and accessible through lift (even though it’s tiny)

The property main bedroom and main bathroom were tired. Mattress had no support. Floor boards all creaky. Toilet seat stained possibly fake tan with a chunk out of it.

Some improvements points for the place are: 1. Better noise insulation. It was possible to hear everything from the neighbor apartments. 2. A walking path can be built between the two gates so it would not be necessary to go through the whole unit to access a building. 3. The pots for cooking could be replaced. Food stacked while cooking.

**Location and Reception:** 1. The hotel's location inside a compound was confusing. There's a lack of clear signage, making it difficult to find. Future guests should note that the reception is in the first building to the right upon entering the gate (#20). Additionally, the 3-minute walk from reception to the actual hotel unit, situated on the other side of the building, was unexpected. It's crucial to clarify that the accommodation is more of an apartment unit than a traditional hotel. 2. The reception experience was not pleasant. The request for all our passports, credit card details, and signing extensive documents felt excessive, especially when booking through a verified user on Booking.com. The staff in the admin office, particularly an incident with an older lady shouting at our child, was handled poorly and left a negative impact. 3. The strict adherence to the 3-9 pm check-in time, while transparently communicated, lacked consideration. Despite reaching out via email due to unforeseen delays, the response was inflexible, causing unnecessary stress for our family, especially with kids in tow. Flexibility in such situations would have been greatly appreciated. 4. Communication was a challenge. Phone calls and SMS were unanswered, making it difficult to address concerns promptly. **In the Building:** 5. The elevator's small size (fitting only 3-4 people) and slow operation were inconvenient. **Inside the Unit:** 6. The bathroom lacked a mop for wet floors, and the heater's weakness made the interior uncomfortably cold. Balancing the temperature in the shower was also challenging. 7. Limited bedding in the bedroom, with only one pillow per person and no extra pillowcases or blankets provided during our 3-night stay. 8. The living room TV not being a smart TV limited entertainment options. 9. The wifi was consistently slow, leading us to rely on our mobile data throughout our stay. 10.

**Overall:** 1. **Spacious Layout:** The hotel's spacious layout made it easy for my family to move around comfortably. With two bedrooms and ample living space, it provided a welcoming environment for a family of our size. 2. **Clean and Minimalist Design:** The clean surroundings, accentuated by white wall paint, created a refreshing and tidy atmosphere. This made it effortless for taxis to locate the hotel, enhancing our overall travel experience. **In the Building:** 4. **Elevator Convenience:** The presence of an elevator was a significant plus, considering our unit was on the 5th floor. This added convenience, particularly when traveling with luggage or after a day of exploring. **Inside the Unit:** 5. **Impeccable Bathroom:** The bathroom was a standout feature with its cleanliness and size. The closed shower room effectively contained water, ensuring a tidy and dry restroom. 6. **Comfortable Bedrooms:** The two bedrooms were equipped with cozy beds, complemented by table lights for a warm ambiance. The spacious closets in each room and clean bedding added to the overall comfort. 7. **Well-Equipped Kitchen and Dining Area:** The kitchen and dining area were well-appointed with necessary utensils, cooking ware, and a stove. Clean and new utensils, a dining table for six, and useful appliances like the refrigerator and oven made our stay convenient. The availability of ample storage space for groceries was a thoughtful touch. 8. **Relaxing Living Room:** The living room featured a generously sized sofa bed, perfect for accommodating multiple individuals. The addition of a TV provided entertainment options, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 9.

There was nothing bad necessarily in the house. The main problem was that the apartment was a bit too 'cold'. Few rugs, maybe painting and a plant or two would make it a lot cossier and 'warmer'.
