The floors are quite cold (even in mid-April). This makes the room cold at night. The heating in the apartment could be better, this might be a concern during the winter. Reception only gives keys between **3pm** - 9pm, even though they are open from **9am** - 9pm. They need to be more flexible here. These timings are not friendly for travelers who are moving about tthe city at this time and need to take time out to deal with this. I did not appreciate that they gave us a deadline to show up or risk being charged as a no-show, even though we paid for 2 days in advance. We were late due to our own miscalculation, but it's our right to the room for the duration of payment, This is a policy problem, not with the staff itself who were friendly and helpful.

A well-sized apartment for larger groups. Ground floor apartment. Has a washer, which is great with small kids. An ample sized kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Excellent for families preparing a meal. Rooms are large and clean. You can bring your luggage comfortably, and it is close to the main road. Supermarkets and eateries nearby. Wifi worked without issues. The AC also. The location is inside a residential property. It's quiet, safe and pleasant. As the apartment only had one neighbor we did not have any issues with noisy neighbors.

The apartment is a bit old and tired looking, the general appearance needs renovation. There was mold on the wall in the toilet.

The apartment was big, lots of space. The apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything you needed. There was a bottle of water in the fridge for each guest. Large balcony. Convenient parking nearby for 6 euros per night. There is an elevator in the house. Near the train station, good connection to the city center.

- the main bedroom was squeaking in every way possible, the floor, the door and the bed. - when somebody in the whole building was using the toilet you could hear the flush like it was next to you. - the personnel at the reception was polite-ish, there was a policy that wasn’t on ‘booking’ and I was obligated to give them a guarantee of 500€. it was given back to me, but still it affected my budget for the holiday. - the air conditioning doesn’t have a remote, it’s useless.

The bed was noisy and not the most comfortable, any little movement while trying to sleep makes a noise , my only complaint.

The underground is just a short walk away from the apartment,. It's very easy to get into the centre of Milan . The apartment itself is spacious and clean

Small elevator, for 3 thiny persons, but thats how building is.

Nice and big apartments some 100m from metro station. It is really safe, you need to pass 3 locked doors to enter. 3 buildings have nice locked yard. location us peacefull but convient. Be aware that you need to check in before 9pm. Secured parking is just across the street and price is 6€ per day!!! Apartments are with terracce and 2 bedrooms who are separated and you wont hear your friends snorkling :). Kitchen with all you need, living room with TV, Wi-Fi really work well. Apartment is apsolutly clean, and you will feel like it is new. Recomended.

A bit noisy in the night time,on my last night I was able to hear perfectly a washing machine around 2:00am.

I would recommend to increase an extension for more plugs since there aren't many and if you are slightly bigger groups in apartments it would be needed.

The accomodation is not close to center however there is a Metro station right down the road therefore it was super easy for us to travel around Milan. The beds were super comfortable & the heating & other amenities were great.

There was building work going on outside the buildings but it did not really impact on our stay.

The property is centrally located close to a metro station. The property was warm and spacious. I requested an early check in and the property was able to facilitate this. I would stay here again.

The only "problem" was that they freeze me 200€ for quarantee from my credit card (i ll took that money back), but in the messages they sent me before i went there they didn't tell me anything about that.( The only thing they told me was to have with me the credit card i paid for identification)

All was perfect, clean, warm and big rooms with hot water all day. 1 minute walk for the subway station (red zone M1) to the center. The receptionist (Elizabeta) was kind and very helpful. I suggest it and if i go in Milano again i ll stay there.

It has only 1 bathroom and it can be problematic with 7 people in the apartment, especially in the morning and evening. After 3 persons showering we ran out of hot water. No heating in the night or reduced heating, pretty thin blanket, I was freezing last night of our stay. Broken bathroom door, broken toilet seat.

the apartment building was very confusing to find. we had to walk building by building until we finally found it. it is the building no 20. take note also number 20 at the entrance gate. the lift was very small. if you have big luggages, you might need to use the stairs. the room was not exactly as the pictures but was decent. there was a washing machine but no dryer. took some time to dry your clothes.
