Eggs dry & tasteless, no complimentary water upon check in, the shower had no towel hooks or shelving for products, I understand that its a family hotel with lots of kids but it was a little too noisy for me over breakfast & walking around the hotel park.

The location was very central the lake was behind us with direct access to it via gate at back of hotel, variety in breakfast which was great, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to the newly renovated rooms which was very modern.

One of our rooms wasn’t ready on arrival, we were there at 15.45, a complimentary drink in the bar would have been a nice touch whilst we waited.

Vibe at breakfast with the birds flying around. Rooms are not sound proofed and there were works in the hotel at 7am when you usually want to sleep when on holidays.

There wasn’t any thing that I didn’t like about this Oasis!!

The location was amazing!! Room was good, outdoor restaurant Cappibana was excellent, the chief and food were excellent. Breakfast package was great!! Luca our waiter was exceptionally professional, all of the staff had great training and knew how to treat their guests…Loved the week and would most certainly go back!!

The reception area is not in the same building as the suites No umbrellas in the room

The facilities at the property are excellent with great indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools The spa facilities arealso very good with 3 saunas steam room hot and cold showers and jacuzzi. The gym is also well equipped. My son in law loved sailing on the lake every day and we enjoyed our bike ride to surrounding towns along the lake. Our grandchildren enjoyed the mini club that they were happy to go to for a few hours every day. Our room was very suitable for families with 2 good sized rooms both with ensuites and communal living area. Our daughters family had a room with 2 bedrooms and only one bathroom but a huge balcony with jacuzzi overlooking the gardens which was spectacular. The service at all the restaurants was excellent. They served the children promptly and food was excellent. This is our second stay ar de luc et du Parc and I am sure we will return again. We travel a lot and we think this place is a gem. One of our most favourite places in the world.

Beds were a little firm for our liking, but that’s about it!

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff were just amazing, a special thank you to Orlando and Luca at breakfast. Also Davide, Lewes, Francesco the always happy Ludovica, Leonardo and the rest of his team in the Bistro bar. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The facilities were excellent and the location is perfect and also stunning. The food throughout was wonderful. The gardens are beautiful, there was always a lounger and shady spot easily found whether in the gardens or by the pool. The Hotel was full but never felt crowded or too busy. Breakfast was an excellent example of this. There were 2 grandparents + 4 adults a teenager and a 2 year old in our group and we all had a great time!!

Views of the lake and mountains were awesome from our bedroom. Breakfast was superb, great selection of food from self service buffet. Table service also available with choice of cooked breakfast with tea, coffee etc, The delicious pancakes were a favourite with our family. We also very much enjoyed the lovely bubbly Prosecco which was served, it was a super holiday treat. Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Location right on the shores of lake Garda was fantastic with lots of water sports activities available.

Kids claim the Kids Club has seen its days :-) and could be renovated / fitted into a slightly better fitting place / refreshed. Apart from that minor thing, it was just aamzing

This is an amazing place surrounded by mountains in the highest part of Lake Garda. Running and cycling trails all around. Windsurfing just next to it. Amazing area in the hotel itself with heated pool and good food. Great rooms - perfect for families with children. Kids club could be renovated but did its job.

I paid to upgrade the room and was a bit disappointed for the price we paid. Felt like it was missing the small things you get as standard in the smaller lakeside hotels like glasses for water, and complementary water in the room. Also I sent a few messages via the booking.com platform that weren’t responded to which was poor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We fell in love with the garden, special surprise was a direct access to the lake. Staff is very attentive and friendly. My husband had a birthday during our stay and the hotel gave as a bootle of sparking wine as a gift, we really appreciate this kind gesture. We recommend this place for a family holiday.
