GermanyThe rooms were quite comfortable and good. Shower and bathroom could be slightly bigger but just a minor issue. The rooms were also sometimes too warm and the AC couldn’t be controlled in the room (but I think that is intentional)
Loved the resort feeling and beautiful gardens. Great to have different bars during the whole day. Dinner was also great. Lovely and nice staff.

United KingdomOne negative is the aircon/heating system. They have the heating on in the winter months and the aircon on over the summer months, which meant that we only had heating on in our hotel room which in May can get rather warm. We had to ask for the heating to be switched off in our room, as we had a very really warm days and the room was getting hot. As the heating was turned off, you had to keep you balcony door open to get some air circulating in the room. It's not ideal, for a 4 star hotel you expect to be able to control the air temperature in your own room. And if the heating/cooling is off, the room should still be ventilated - the air system here seems dated.
Location is great, a short walk into town with access to a private beach. The room was big and bright, with amazing views of the lake from our balcony. Room has everything you need (coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, tv, comfy bed, etc) and the breakfast was good - had a few options to choose from. Staff were friendly and the hotel has a great restaurant with an amazing view. We had lunch there most days, then headed to the pool.

TurkeyThe staff accused on several occasions of having more than 2 people to a room. We were a family of 6 and a baby and me and my mother had the largest room so everyone was coming into the room to relax, use the sauna etc but sleeping in their own rooms which we explained several times and eventually they understood but I didn’t like being accused and questioned 3 separate times.
The grounds were very well kept, the rooms were stunning, the views were amazing

United Arab Emirates- Air conditioning was switched off from the hotel, but it’s not a big problem you can open the window. - Bathroom doesn’t give you a full privacy because the shower opened on the room.

SwitzerlandThe only thing that I didn't like was they gave us nonremovable bracelets to show that we were part of the hotel for the facilities. These were uncomfortable and didn't look great. They should change them for rubber removable ones so you can take them off when not in the hotel and reuse them.
Great location on the beach. Great room and ability to use the spa and gym. Only a short 15 min walk into Limone. We really enjoyed it.

IrelandThe staff were excellent. One of the members of the spa was a tiny bit snooty but still gave a really good treatment. The others were very friendly and also good.
Breakfast was good. Dinner was very practical, with a buffet for starters, vegetables, salads and cheeses etc. If you wan't something fancier I would recommend going out for dinner in the town Limone sul Garda which is only a short walk away for any able bodied person. Swimming pool was great. Swimming in the lake was great and easy to reach from our room. I did yoga beside the pool one morning and it was great also.

IrelandWe are in our 80s, I inadvertently booked this hotel instead of one with a similar name (in another town). We only became aware of this error on arrival at the other hotel. We tried to cancel via booking.com where we were told the hotel would expect payment for the full 9 nights or we could send a very short message asking the hotel for a refund. My son lied and said we had Covid. We were unhappy with this so travelled there to apologise in person and ask for a partial refund. They refused to refund anything Repeatedly blamed us for a genuine mistake Would not call us or allow us speak to the manager Repeatedly lied and said it was booking.com who would not refund They offered us a generous discount on a future stay which of course we would not consider after how we treated. We told them even a partial refund would get a full marks review, but they were happier to keep our money and treat us with contempt.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the location, while outside of the town, is outstanding. Unfortunately these are the only positives I can say about this hotel.
