Check-in an out was in the hotel opposite side o the street and wasn’t immediately clear. Booking conflation didn’t indicated that as it did not indicate the need to pay for Parking the car. The bathube wasn’t comfortable at all to have a shower , despite the devices present….. very bad design ….

Breakfast was good / bed and mattress were perfect, resulting in high comfort location is perfect for exploring the cit, particularly the area of the center

We discovered on our last day that the bed mattress cover was badly stained with what appeared to be urine. These stains were over a large area and clearly quite old. The thought that we slept on that for two nights is revolting. Slack house keeping management. Pity because the rest of the hotel was very good.

Service helped us store our bikes. Great place right at the nice plaza. They refill the minibar for free, which is great. Coke, Fanta, water. I liked that.

Window view was not ideal (side alley), but not a dealbreaker.

The location to the Marine terminal and the Piazza were super convenient. The room was very spacious and clean.

there was an unpleasant food smell.. like baked beans that was nauseating. the concierge put my luggage in the wrong place when I checked out ( a young woman with long straight hair)and it took almost 25 mins for it to be found and I almost missed my train. porters went to their other property to see if someone had taken it to be checked in instead of checked out. the other concierges during my stay were very helpful. the desk in my room was badly stained with peeling paint.

loved the bathroom and the bed was comfy but supportive.

Breakfast not included AND ridiculously expensive (29 euros pp or 39 euro pp depending on what you get) AND across the street. Even though it has an elevator, you will be using the stairs. The elevator was a standard size, but could not lift people and luggage at the same time... they had to be sent separate because it could not hold more than a hundred kilos at a time. And the elevator is S-L-O-W to the point of being comical. Dr Nefario would have beaten it in a race (yes, Minions reference). The rooms are small and the building is very close to an apartment building as in we could have climbed in the girl's living room who was looking directly in our hotel room. I also know she likes parmesan cheese on her pasta... that's how close. We kept the curtains closed so no big deal. The staff leaves at 11pm so if there are any issues you have to go across the street. This is a good crash pad for the night, but it's budget so just know what you're getting into.

If you are going on a cruise, this is the perfect place to stay as it is within walking distance of the cruise port. The hotel is modern and the staff was wonderful. Just know it's not a luxury hotel and the rooms are small.

As an older person I found the shower over a very deep bath a little difficult.

My daughter’s room had air conditioning issues at the start but resolved quickly. The only issue was how easy it was to hear from other rooms. Not sure if sounds just traveled down the hallways because there aren’t any rugs or other decor to block sound.

Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very clean.

I did not know about the works when booking the room. It didn't matter, but I guess that's different if you stay there during the workweek.

Perfect location, surprisingly quiet. Tha scaffolding due to renovation works did not disturb. I stayed from Friday to Saturday, so no workers in front of the windows
