Walking to the train station with luggage was tiring. But worth it - would rent again.

Great location - quiet but so easy to walk to everything. Clean and Modern. Loved the double entry doors - felt extra safe. We were able to use the laundry facilities, that really helped. The owner is very nice and helpful and responsive on what’s app.

Nothing. If one small thing would be pillows, but compared to Canada no hotel has had big thick pillows.

Claudia was great. All her food recommendations were way better than google review or the fork ones. The rooms were spacious and super cool loft.

Claudia was a wonderful host who gave me a tour of the property upon arrival and checked in regularly during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my four nights in the red apartment with lovely terrace and vaulted upstairs bedroom! The location was ideal, Claudia's restaurant recommendations were superb, and it was great value. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when in Firenze! Ciao, Claudia!! Thank you for everything.

That we had to leave and come home :(

We stayed at Casa Safer from Monday 29th May - Friday 3rd May 2024 and all we can say is perfetto! We arrived with a warm welcome from the apartments host Claudia who showed us into the perfect homely apartment where there was a beautiful bottle of Italian Rose wine waiting for us - Claudia gave us a breakdown of all the apartments amenities as well as a selection of local restaurants that we had to visit (and we did they were amazing!). Claudia is a very attentive host and was happily available for advice throughout our stay. We stayed in the red apartment which was a great size for us as a couple - the apartment was extremely well presented, well maintained with modern yet traditional features. The location was incredible - only a few minutes from anywhere in Florence - we literally couldn’t have asked for more! My advice to anyone thinking of staying here is don’t hesitate in booking - you won’t regret it! Casa Safer added to our overall first experience of visiting Florence - a city now that’s one of our favourite cities in the world. Until next time Claudia - grazie mille, ciao!! Ross and Sarah

The very central but still quiet location, walking distance to all of the sights. Comfortable and stylish decor. The host Claudia was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful.

The room we had was two levels with bed and bath on upper level. First level had kitchen and pull out couch. So if stairs an issue just check the other rooms offered by this owner. It was fine for us. Also temperature on first level a bit cooler than second. But we visited in March during a cool week. So maybe not an issue.

The location was great. Near museums, wonderful restaurants and the river. It was also very quiet so good for sleeping. The owner Claudia was so kind and helpful. They did have a room on lower level available for yoga or meditation. Also had laundry on site for a fee.

The property was a wonderful fresh, comfortable, clean and quirky apartment. With modern fixtures and fittings. Compact and functional - we were very pleased. The location was superb, right in the heart of this wonderful city. Our host Claudia was very friendly and very much supported our stay, she had an attention to detail with little touches that really complimented our stay.

Wonderful place and an amazing host! Claudia is super helpful and kind, and happy to assist and gives recomendations on places to visit. And makes great coffee too! Casa S a f e r is located in the center of Florence, so you can walk to every place in this amazing city. A lot of the major attractions are within a 10-15 minute walk. At the same time, the casa is on a small and cozy street, so you will get the proper rest after a day of exploring Florence. Grazie mille, Claudia!

No complaints. Bedroom and shower were upstairs in loft area which might be problematic for guests who can’t climb stairs easily.

Claudia greeted us at the door. Showed us to our apartment. And had a bottle of wine and bottled water for us.

Everything was exceptional. Claudia was such a wonderful and kind host. Property is as close to everything. We literally walked everywhere! Love the bedroom upstairs and the backyard was super lovely to have breakfast. Thank you Claudia, we will definitely be back again:)
