How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We ADORE everything!! It' s impossible to name something that we don't like!!
First of all, we simply ADORE Rosário! He is an AMAZING person, helping us in everything we need! Absolutely GREAT! After, we've to refer the room and the asthonishing view to Naples Cathedral! It's overhelming! No words can describe it! At last, everything was perfect: a room with everthing we need, including a marvelous breakfast! As long as I live, I will recommend forever Duomo 152 Napoli to my family, to the close friends and to the world!!

The breakfast was good with fresh croissants. Good variety. The building where we stayed and its history. The politeness of the owner, Rosario and the knowledge about Naples and its history of Domenico.

We stayed two nights at Duomo 152 Napoli, marking the beginning and end of our trip along the Napoli-Amalfi coast. On our first night, despite our late arrival, Domenico warmly welcomed us for check-in. The next morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast in our room, complemented by breathtaking views of the Duomo di Napoli. On our last day, having returned to Napoli, we arrived a few hours before the scheduled check-in time. Rosario graciously allowed us to leave our luggage and even facilitated an early check-in, which enabled us to explore the city freely. He also organized a taxi for our early morning departure. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and prime location. Surrounded by excellent restaurants and within walking distance of all major sites, our stay felt just like home. An unforgettable experience!

Everything was perfect!
The service was excellent. Both Sara and Rosario were very helpful. They arranged my taxi ride early morning to the airport at 6:30am. And it arrived exactly on time. I would definitely stay there again.

The shower head couldn't be moved. Bedside light wasn't working and socket was loose. Small things really.

Only complaint was the elevator was extremely small, hardly fitting two full adults. Can't fully blame duomo 152 as it's part of the building.
Great location, room and staff. Had absolutely no issues.

Stairs were quite steep, could be a problem for someone with mobility issues...didn't impact us
Friendly staff, small bedroom but very clean with everything we needed. Great breakfast next morning, delivered to the room.

Nothing. It was perfect for our stay
Location was amazing. Opposite the Cathedral. Our balcony looked onto it (room 103) Rosario and his team sent us clear instructions as we were checking in late. Also gave tips for what to see including finding us a concert of traditional Neapolitan songs after we asked about live music places that might do that. Great breakfast brought to our room to eat on balcony!

Rosario is absolutely awesome! Very helpful, responded to our messages timely and just seemed to genuinely care about our experience. Rosario exceeded our expectations and we are grateful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Our last day, he called a taxi for us and walked us out the building.

I had a hard time with the stairs because of my knee problem.

Fantastic location in heart of Naples. Close to attractions and good places to eat. The apartment is spacious and they clean it every day. Rosario was the best host, incredibly helpful. He even helped to make sure that we got our lost luggage. All the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Naples.

It was in a great location - clean, tidy, friendly staff - nice bathroom, air conditioning, balcony doors, plenty of pillows and towels. The concierge is great, plenty of advice on what to do locally. Fantastic breakfast.

Not much not to like. European rooms tend to be a little on the smaller side but nothing different than the rest.
The location, the balcony, and Rosario were all fantastic. I would stay here again. Rosario really helped us plan our itinerary and also prepared a great breakfast and cappuccino!
