Hotel in the heart of the city of Como. There is no parking and there is no way to get there with the car to unload the luggage except by walking from the nearby road. We got a room in the attic, it was raining which knocked on the window and made a lot of noise

The breakfast options were perfect for us. We couldn't fault the cooked breakfast it was perfect, the availability of fruit and other well thought out touches. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We both said that every aspect was perfectly cooked and it was probably the best hotel breakfast that we have had. Thank you so much to your staff. 👍🏽

Lovely room, new furnishings and comfortable bed. Beautiful little balcony looking into a mini courtyard. Front office staff (Tommasso especially) were very friendly.

There wasn't much facilities and the sound proofing of the rooms are very poor. Thankfully I am not a light sleeper...if I had been, I think I would have struggled to sleep

Lighting in the room was too dark. Breakfast room could have been bigger.

Food was good at breakfast but the room was too small, especially around the buffet area. All the staff were excellent, especially Tommaso. Hotel was in an excellent location

Only tiny little thing was hot drinks in the room didn’t have a normal tea or milk. However, I didn’t ask for them.. but nice if they were there already as options.

A very comfortable hotel in the middle of Como. All the gentlemen were incredibly nice and helped us out whenever we had a question. I would definitely recommend this little gem. The breakfast was delicious.

The water pressure in the shower could be more consistent and the mattresses could be more comfortable.

The location was perfect, right in the city centre of Como. The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff (especially Tomaso at the front desk and the staff in the restaurant) were generally very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little firm for me but if I was staying longer I would ask for an additional foam mattress topper and then it would be fine. I had an issue with the conditioner in the shower being empty and not realising until after I’d shampooed so it was quite irritating at the time to get out and wait for a refill. These are large bottles of product stuck to the wall so I did expect it to be full. And no apology for the inconvenience which I did expect.

This hotel was amazing. I was so impressed with the room, it’s size and the bathroom. All wonderful. Breakfast was also great, good quality ingredients and a nice variety. I would highly recommend.

Breakfast options are very limited even compared to other boutique hotels in Italy. The concierge service is also not very useful as we only got very high level advice from them and had to figure out the ferries and attractions on our own. These however are minor and wouldn't deter me from booking here again.

Hotel is perfectly located in the center, 5 min walking distance from the main ferry station and 10 min from the parking. Rooms are extremely clean and well maintained, staff are all super friendly and very professional. Carlo and team took very good care of us.
