FranceOut of season the restaurant is shut, as are most of the town’s restaurants are too. The spa was closed and our room suffered from too much glass meaning high temperatures during the day
Annette was a complete star and made all the difference helping on multiple areas. The hotel is clean and very modern in style

United KingdomA minor point but the hotel offers a spa area with hot tub and the hot tub didn’t look or feel particularly clean , the water was very cloudy ( and a bit smelly) . As a hot tub owner I know it can be hard to maintain good water quality and I imagine even harder with the higher use of a commercial establishment.
Fantastic modern hotel in great location in Centre. Amazing breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for the great staff. I think it was Gina that looked after breakfast service each morning and by mid week she was bringing our regular coffees as we sat down - she was Amazing.

United KingdomWeird system to use the sauna. Have to book a 40 minute session for private use only which really limits how the facility can be used. Not clear on how far in advance this could be booked and the 'rules' changed whilst there. Over a weeks stay managed to get 2 sessions in the sauna but not necessarily at the times we would have chosen. It is big enough for multiple people so don't understand why isn't just open for all hotel guests. After all it is a 20 room hotel so wouldn't be over whelmed.

Magda on check in friendly and gave some great advice, Annette was lovely and the lady who served us at breakfast every morning was a star, sorry I don’t know her name but after day 2 as soon as we were seated she would be ready with a tea. ☕️ 👌🏼 Breakfast good, restaurant at night good.👍🏼 Couldn’t fault it.😊

IcelandNothing.....The breakfast and the restaurant is not outstanding as the rest of the hotel, but we would not complain about it, though.
Everything, but especially the atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms (at least on the 3rd floor) are quiet and private. We rented a room with a jacuzzi on the balcany, which was the best idea ever for seven days of a skiing ⛷️ holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Souze D'Oulx.
