We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe Air control system did not seem to work. I could not cool-it so I had to leave the window open which was fine. Breakfast was Italian basic bit they did only have 2 guests!
On arrival I was greteed by very welcoming staff. All aspects were excellent. Hotel was quiet, (2-guests), all facilities were great but restaurant was closed. An altrnative was pointed-out 50M away. The room was very clean and bathroom very good. There was a kettle in the room

The restaurant in the hotel served great pizza and pasta. Annette who works in the hotel was extremely helpful at all times . I would definitely recommend this hotel.

United KingdomBreakfast lacked variety after 6 days and very small selection of hot food (bacon or scambled egg). Originally booked "luxury" room with hot tub, but had to move as low humming noise (generator?). Hotel were very accommodating and found us another very spacious room (no hut tub) for rest of week.

United Arab EmiratesThe ski equipment room was quite small, which meant that some evenings all of the spaces on the ski boot drying rack were already taken by the time we got back.
The hotel is modern and clean, and the location is very good. The Clotes chair lift is only a 5-7 minute walk away, which is convenient. The decor is modern and not your typical kitsch mountain cabin style (which is a nice change). The staff are very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomNothing really. I was quite happy with the breakfast- there were cakes/pastries, cheese meat and scrambled eggs, but if you were after a full English then you might be disappointed.
we stayed in a suite that had a sauna and hot tub- perfect after a day skiing. the hotel was central to bars and restaurants and there was a shuttle service up to the ski lift in the morning. the breakfast was nice and the staff were lovely. we had a meal in their restaurant one night- great steak and pizza.

Hotel was excellent, great breakfast, friendly staff, complimentary shuttle every morning to the slopes and on the blue bus route for returning at the end of skiing. Facilities were excellent, and the room was cleaned every morning, with fresh towels provided. Great value for money, and will definitely be back next year.

Very clean, very good position, modern, nice design, excellent ski deposit room (heated, drying boots system), good options for the dinner, diversified drinks, very good shuttle from the hotel to the ski lifts (available even for the closest one -300m- too); staff generally nice.
