Spacious enough for 3 of us modern facilities but in a traditional setting. In a vibrant area with plenty of eateries & bars within a 5 minute walk. Main tourist attractions/area 20 minute walk which suited us.

There were two main issues. One the shower has such a low water supply that it is mostly cold. I take only cold showers mostly so I was only bothered by the lack of water—for my family it was a bit worse. Second is that it’s quite loud —garbage collections, rowdy streets, light and general noises. I bought some ear plugs after the first night. The layout of the living room is a bit wonky and the lighting could be improved as well. The carpet in the living room needs some attention. With a small investment in a water pump or reservoir and some better windows, this place could be a 10/10.

Fantastic location, a short walk from the Spanish steps. Beds were comfortable and the unit is spacious. Check in was easy with electronic keys.

It can be a little noisy on a night but I think Rome is a very busy city, no matter where you stay it will be a little noisy.

The property is very well located, next to bars, restaurants and shops as well as central to all the tourist locations. The building where the apartment located is very impressive and entry to the property is a breeze.

The only downside is that the area is noisy at night, so it's worth taking earplugs if you want to go to bed before midnight. However, this is the charm of living in the center of a tourist city in a tenement house.

The apartment is perfect for groups. The hosts are very nice and helpful, they take care of the guests throughout their stay. The location is perfect for sightseeing, close to everything.

The location was fantastic. All the main sights were a short walk away. It couldn't be better. The apartment was perfect for a family with two children. They loved the mezzanine floor. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Alla couldn't have been more accommodating and super helpful with all our questions about Rome.

The location is perfect for stepping out and seeing the Colosseum. Apartment very clean and bedrooms are perfect. Can not recommend this apartment enough we will definitely be back very soon

Nothing, we thought everything was good

Superb apartment for 4 people (2 couples ideal), ideally located within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions in Rome, and in the Trastevere neighborhood which has a huge selection of bars and restaurants to try in the evenings. The apartment itself is set back from the road so there is no street noise, and has a calm and relaxing terrace to sit out on.

The apartment was just what we needed. Warm, cozy, perfect wi-fi, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. The lication - perfect! In between Coliseum and Vatican city. We enjoyed walking distance to everything that was on our agenda to visit. The neighborhood was also very quiet, yet too close to many caffes and restaurants.

The property is nice to stay, Very close to attractions. The landlord is so kind, and she answered about all my questions in Roma and give us very helpful suggesiton to travel. The room is clean, and I like her beautiful yard very much. When we got back hotel at night, the light auto turn on, which made us feel like we were home, very warm.

The picture is not what I got. The place was very clean and comfortable but there was a loft room with beams and very low sealing and small shower. If you have large luggage, not to much space to put them

Location was amazing you can walk to almost all the main attractions and restaurants down the street. The hosts where very attentive. They helped us with everything we needed or asked. I would message and get a reply asap. We got lost and they helped us.

The location was amazing. Walking distance to all Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, great restaurants and more. Very spacious and comfortable. Manage was also so accommodating, caring and nice.
