The kitchen is really small and does not have an oven or a dishwasher. I'm not complaining as I knew this before but we just like to have more cooking options. Anyway for breakfast and a pot of pasta it was good enough. Also a little bit more light in the kitchen would be great

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic. There are a lot of options for lunch and dinner and many shops nearby. Also most of the monuments of Rome can be visited on foot. The apartment is stylishly furnished and big enough for 4 persons. Our host was very helpful.

We had to wait at our arrival time as unit was not cleaned. There was a cleaner on site so we stood outside waiting for it to be done. No plates or kitchen accessories or dish towel or paper towels

one of the bathrooms had some plumbing issues - water would not heat up in the shower and there was water damage and a leak in the bathroom causing the floor to be wet. The outlet in the bathroom was not installed properly and appeared unsafe.

Perfect location on a great restaurant street just 10 mins walk from the forum, colosseum, and trevi fountain. Interior was beautiful, modern, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Very cozy and old fashioned building with easy access by application click. Located near Colosseo - you see it each time you come to or exit the apartment. Only 5 min. by foot to restorants and food stories. Metro station and all transportation in 100 meter gap . Very responsive and kindly host owner. I recommend this apartment.

There were four guests, but there weren’t four glasses/cups/plates etc, which was odd. Also, access was only by internet enable smartphone app, and no keys were available, which presented a safety risk, and was inconvenient as the person with the app had to be around to let you in or out. Lastly, there were only thin pillows on the beds, and only one each - at least two pillows per person please.

Everything. Management was in touch with us at all times. Apartment was really nice and comfortable and in a prime location, near to most points of interest. Walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. Piazza Navona and Pantheon, and reasonably close to Vatican City and Colosseum.

No view, you have to come out, however when you do it is amazing.

It’s location, overall effectiveness, as well as the engaging communication with the host. She was very good, responsive, and facilitated our transportation, something we very much appreciate. As to the apartment, the space is well appointed and secure. The bedrooms have good space, the bathrooms are clean and well appointed. The kitchen is small, however it has everything you need and appliances are in good condition. Access to the property is managed with a phone app, and feels secure. It is on a first floor so moving your luggage in and out is very convenient.

This is an exceptional place to stay in Rome. It is right beside the colosseum. Taxis and bus station only 50m away. No better place to stay in Rome. Aircon in every room and both rooms are ensuite. Fabulous. 10out of10
