The breakfast has too many sweets and just few savoury options. You can't find a variety of fruit. Moreover the breakfast closes too early for a place where you usually go to sleep pretty late at night.

The room was big and clean, the staff really made our stay fun and nice: our kids really had fun. The swimming pool is nice and clean. The resort is well presented and organised.

One big minor thing for me is the nearly constant loud music and use of microphone by the entertainment team. Noisy from 10-00hrs. Almost non-stop. Make sure you read the additional charges of membership fee and taxes in the hotel information.

Nice hotel. Large, well equipped and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Family orientated. Entertainment team working hard. Lots of activities. Nice view. All Italian focussed, little English spoken. Sufficient, but every day same, breakfast (we didn’t have lunch or diner at hotel). Private beach and bar is nice too. Nicely located to explore surroundings (car is needed). Swim cap required.

Our room has mold, but that was ok, because we got it cheap and in the first days the resort was full, so we didn't wanted to make a fuss. The extra fee of 6€ per person and day were not good communicated. The fee was obligatory to use the pool and beach even tho if we wouldn't use the pool and the beach. Also they required to wear a cap in the pool, that was the first time worldwide we were needed to do so. The cap have to be bought at the shop for 3€ each. After asking why the caps, the staff couldn't reason it. Because of the hair it couldn't be, because hair not only grows on the head. + there were a lot of people who have been in pool without cap - it depended on the salvataggio if you get thrown out. The breakfast was not a buffet, the staff gave out the food. There was very little variation to it, not really a good breakfast neither Continental nor Italian, real disappoinment. Overall the staff were really unfriendly. Only the guy giving out Marmelade had a smile on. It was really uncomfortable.

The facility was good, especially the terrazza. The Resort was spacious, Had many to offer Like Live show /music and animations and tours.

It's definitely not a great resort for foreigners, in our case British. Luckily we only had breakfast included, because the food options were horrendous. Breakfast was terrible the typical Italian unhealthy breakfast, basically cakes,biscuits and other sweets. Not even a little bit of fruit or vegetables, terrible for people who are following a healthy lifestyle. Also it's impossible as a couple to spend a nice chilled evening by the bar. You can't pay in cash and as soon as you reach 50 euros with the mandatory club card, so after just two cocktails each you basically need to walk to the reception to unblock the card. And definitely don't come here if you don't have a car available.

The rooms are great and really big, beds super comfortable, staff are friendly but speak little English. The private beach is great, although the water in that area isn't the best. Pool is also great but having siesta from 13 to 15 pm which is a bit ridiculous. So again, better for Italian people who follow this strict time routine. The area around is great for walks through fields and vineyards, so the view is great and it's very peaceful and idyllic.

Breakfast ingredients were not of good quality and juices were actually water mixed with high sugar concentrate. Hidden expenses, in that the highlighted price compares well with competition on booking but once you get to the residence you are hit with concealed "resort expenses" per person for facilities we couldn't even use. The total cost than makes this hotel uncompetitive. We were three paying guests and were given 1 small bottle of water complementary. So ridiculous was it that we thought the previous guest left it behind! Curtains were thorn with holes in them. As was bed linen photos available. Don't bother complaining to booking.com to rectify the Hidden expenses issue either as they'll offer no solution. Booking.com will merely invite you to review the hotel. Might as well book hotels directly rather than using booking.com since anyway they won't offer any peace of mind or solutions!!

The joy one get's form leaving the "resort" and going back home is comparable to discovering a vaccine for COVID19.

Worst experience ever. The food cannot be eaten, like factually!! This is crazy because I read a lot of comments saying that and I was like "no way, it must be okay". Well, it is not folks. Don't try it! Service is bad, lot of noise even during night, bad location, rooms without air conditioning, bad WiFi, strange receptionist (except the kind girl, thank you!)
