Swimming pool os not at the hotel. it is a pool complex next to the beach opened to several hotels. It is located 1 km away from the hotel.

It was my fifth time in the hotel, first after the pandemic. The breakfast was way better before. This is the one thing that disappointed me and is the main reason for me not to give 8. Also one of the days the stuff gave us 1 instead of 2 towel sets, but the guy at reception understood that we haven't stolen it and urged the ladies to find another.

The stuff is very friendly. The rooms were clean. Also the location is perfect, 3 minutes from viele Dante and 5 to the beach.

A storm had just passed through causing nearby areas to flood so the shower and sink water was not working for a few and no hot water

The breakfast was average, the bread and the croissants were industrial. The room was quite small for 4 people and one light in the bathroom didn’t work.

Parking, 15 per day and sometimes not onsite (2 blocks away) also, you cannot take breakfast to the room or to take with you to go. huge inconvenience for us. there was a pay issue upon checking-in. we were overcharged by the staff and they couldn’t credit the difference back to our credit card or give cash, so we HAD to settle for a voucher that we were not able to use. so we lost $50. 😞

the check out was too early, no option for late check out. the cleaning staff knocking on the door and waking us up everyday.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Bar open all the time. Breakfast was adapted to Italian culture. The room had a mini fridge which was great. Air-con worked perfectly, room was small but had everything needed, including plenty of towels.

This accommodation was like from Hotel nightmare. Upon check in when I dared to ask what time is pool open, I have been confronted very rudely from receptionist that they dont have any pool, even though it is written in hotel facilities that they have a pool, she argued that they didnt post it on booking nor google and its from previous owners and there is nothing they can do about it, when I asked if we could cancel she laughed at my face that we cannot and her behaviour really made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome the whole stay. Room were very! small, bed uncomfortable and cleanliness of this hotel is very questionable. You will really have to use your fantasy to see if this hotel even meets their description. They say LCD screen TV it is pc monitor, they say pool - they mean 20 minutes walk to use village beach pool. They say clothes rack/horse they mean one meter long rope on balcony 🤣 ect. Breakfast was served the same everyday and was not fresh and was very disappointing to say the least. We have arrived on Wednesday and we joked that it is food from weekend on Thursday they served the same food, like the “pizza” even smelled on Thursday. Fruits not fresh and no vegetable. Also it was not comfortable to being watched closely by the staff at breakfast and massive signs to be aware to not take anything from breakfast as WE WILL BE CHARGED!!! - was really funny after trying the breakfast.. And lastly on booking it says they the hotel will charge you card just for the time being until you pay for your stay at the hotel- which we did right when we arrived. They did return it only after I personally ask when we check out - so just be aware. We are travelling from north to south Italy, trying more hotels on the go all in similar price range and this was sadly the worst hotel we stayed at. Would not recommend.
