The host was very friendly. The apartament was spacious, the bed was comfortable. You can reach the city centre either by bus or metro easily.

We loved everything. One minor thing is that since there is no lift in the apartment, if there are lot of bags, it can be a bit of exercise carrying them up and down the stairs but that too is a positive thing to burn calories, given the irresistable ice cream parlour just a few meters away.

Efeso 19 is in a quiet neighbourhood and in walking distance proximity to metro station, restaurants and ice cream parlours. With a Roma Pass and metro one can easily reach all tourist attractions from Efeso 19. The apartment itself is extraordinarily comfortable and speckless clean. You will get everything you need, fullstop. Lastly, no words can do justice to how kind and caring our hosts were. Their hospitality and kindness has left indelible impression on us. In short, its highly recommended.

Very good and modern apartment. Clean and tidy. Fully equipped, like at home. Efeso Street is calm and quiet. We came with our car, so parking was important to us. Efeso 19 rooms does not have a private parking lot, but free parking is easily available near the building. The bus station and the metro station are about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. I recommend using the metro. Also, near the apartment there is a small shop "Bangladino", which is open every day until 11:30 pm and has cold beer :) The owner is very kind and nice. She speaks English well, so it's easy to communicate with her. If you have any problem or question, she and her friend solve it in a few minutes. I definitely recommend Efeso 19 rooms and I hope to be a guest in that apartment again.

Claudia was a very nice hostess and person.She was welcome us with a big smile. The room was really comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped in case you like to cook something,even we didn't use them because of one night stay. There were many things to have for breakfast (croissant,cookies,cupcakes,cornflakes,coffee,milk,juices and many other things). For sure we will be back in this accommodation in the future. Highly recommended!!!

Probably the only obstacle that didn't bother us is the fact that the accommodation is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

We loved everything! We were received with enormous hospitality. The location of the accommodation is very close to the metro and the accommodation conditions exceeded expectations.

Minor stuff-a/c in Living room only dehumidifies, but bedrooms a/c cranks out cold, there is a great cross ventilation so wasnt a problem with temps in the 80's.

Claudia was a perfect host very responsive and caring. There was the Nespresso Machine ready to go with coffee already provided- nice touch- The place was cleanest and most convenient one of our family 2023 trip to Europe. There are many stairs to climb- so if you have elderly family with you hope they are in good shape. Excellent location to the S. Paulo Basicilica Metro- Used Roma pass and had no issues with moving around the city with the location of train station. Excellent restaurants were recommended by our host. Comfy beds and pillows and shower gel, shampoo and blow dryer provided- Even some breakfast items were gluten free- great for us- A bottle of wine was also a host gift- lovely ~!!

I liked everything about this accommodation. Just a note that there are many flights of stairs to access this apartment which was no problem at all for us.

Claudia was exceptional to deal with. She met my adult children in advance of check in so they could store their bags while the room was made ready. The accommodation was in a great location for buses and the metro. The layout was great - very spacious, great air-conditioning, big rooms each with an ensuite bathroom, extra bedding and a wonderful selection of breakfast foods and drinks. It was very clean and bright with access to fresh air. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

It might have been our incompetence, but we were not able to get the AC in the living room/kitchen to blow cold air. It's probably something that has an easy fix.

+Location was great. Short walk to Basilica San Paolo metro station, where you can get to all the major places in Rome. We had a 72-hour metro pass (18€), that also works for the busses. +The apartment had everything we needed for the stay. Breakfast, coffee, and all the equipment for making dinner when we didn't want to go to a restaurant. Very nice bed, and bathroom as well +Claudia was super nice, and we felt very welcome and taken care of. She even tipped us about a concert nearby one of the evenings. +The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, and there were several supermarkets just a small walk from the apartment. We will definitely come back next time we come to Rome!

the property is spanking clean and the host put a lot of foods, drinks, juices for us to eat on complementary basis. not to mention free detergent as well. the host was very friendly and helpful too

It's not that big a deal, but it's worth mentioning for "vigorous" guests. The walls between the bedrooms are very thin, so you could hear literally everything going on in the other bedroom. 🤪 ☺️

The apartment was recently completely renovated. It offers a lot of amenities with a nespresso coffee maker, espresso maker, tea, washing machine, blow dryers, and more! Located only a couple of blocks from the subway, it's easy to get around the city. Claudia & Guglielmo were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything!

We were 6 people - 4 adults and 2 kids. It was very comfortable and clean. There is everything you need even if you want to cook. The host (Claudia) is great! Very nice, friendly and responsive to every question you might have. There are great pizzas restaurants near the apartment, market and cafeteria. Bus 23 which goes to the centre of the city is only a few metres from the property. We highly recommend this place to stay in Rome.

Claudia is very beautiful host! Very helpful with any questions and overall just a positive person! Location is good, just 5 minutes form subway/metro station.
