Nothing really. Maybe 1 thing: the floor needs to be cleaned better if you want to walk on bare foot. Windows need to be closed because of muscito at night but there is an airco. Overall it was very good!

Such a shame the room has an internal annexe balcony with potential to do so much with the space (a low sofa or some bean bags would be nice). We also had an external private bathroom opposite our rooms in the hallway but this was used by some other guests on our first night. A mirror in the bedroom would also be convenient.

Great location, staff was lovely, basic room but with everything you need. Really nice balcony and view. Spaces were cleaned regularly. We never were awake early enough for breakfast but great they have the option.

The wifi connection only worked in the kitchen and foyer and not in my room during my stay.

Great place to stay to explore San Teodoro and around. Close by the bus/coach station. Extremely ideal for someone travelling by public transport as I was. The room with its own bathroom is spacious and lovely. Great Neapolitan pizzeria nearby (Dante) and everything in the centre is easily walkable.

The B&B haven t me let my luggage there before check in...it's sound als unusual for me.. and I less my luggage in touristic office.. second these B&B have a picture in description with laundry machines, but actually they haven't no laundry inside... They tell me is a laundry self service in downtown! Check in moment was long a 2 minutes...the person indicated for that receive instructions by telephone for another person, und he looks like in a hurry... The B&B was like in construction or resizing.. That's make for me 4 negative points

The staff member who checked us in was very rude and abrupt. The phone number on Booking.com is wrong for the property, we had to wait 30 mins for someone to let us in. The employee was dismissive about this despite the number provided online being completely different to the one on the property. The king size room with a ‘garden view’ had a small, narrow balcony shared with the room next door and home to two huge, leaky air con units. One tiny chair for two people on the balcony that you were unable to sit on due to the air con units. It was also not a garden view, it faced out on to a busy, main road. There was no CCTV/ security and the front door was often left unlocked and open by other residents during all hours of day and night. There was limited facilities in the room for the price paid, r.g - no kettle, tea/coffee facilities after breakfast, 3 coat hangers in a king size room and unsafe/ broken sockets. The bathroom wasn’t great and could have done with painting and resealing. No parking included with the property and the parking available outside is often full with other tourists so very difficult to take your car out for the day and come back to a space. Beaches 30-40 min walk away.

The housekeeping lady was excellent. There was a good selection at breakfast and great quality produce. The rooms were cleaned regularly and to a good standard, towels were replaced and water was refilled. If the housekeeping lady was not there, this place would have been a waste of money. Location was good for the town centre/ nightlife.
