I can only rate this accommodation in superlatives and I have never given 10 points to anyone. In one sentence: if it's Grado, it's only Eldorado! The staff was wonderful, they fulfilled all our wishes and helped us in everything. We would also like to thank Signor Luca, who is a fantastic host. The room was nicely renovated, spacious, comfortable, super-clean, everything was perfect. The breakfast was always fresh and Italian style with great coffee and cappuccino. We loved this vacation and the hotel "crowned" it.

Everything about the hotel itself is great. What I didn’t like is that the sea at the nearby beach is very shallow, one has to go very long to swim.

Very clean, room is very quiet and with good air conditioning, tasty breakfast, all the staff members are very nice, friendly and professional. My special thanks to the staff for being so helpful: I forgot my Apple pen in the room and realized it only when I got back home - the staff found it in the safe and sent to me by post.

I have met some really nice people in my life but only very rarely have I experienced the kindness and hospitality I was treated with at this place. It felt like the staff, from housekeeping to receptionists, are just really happy people, they do not just pretend for the sake of their jobs. The hotel as well as the rooms were super clean, the breakfast very good and I could not complain about a single thing even if I wanted to. 10/10, thank you very much!

Nice quiet hotel, nice breakfast. Everything was as good as we expected. An advantage is that it is quite far from the city center so absolutely quiet in the evening as well. (Walking distance 15 min) The beach is very close, 5 min.

Hotel staff is very friendly and open to provide any help. Breakfast is very good. For bicycle travellers - hotel provides safe locker to keep bicycles during the stay. Rooms are very clean and comfirtable. Perfect place to stay!

The perfect apartment when visiting Grado. Finally, we have found the perfect place to stay when we visit Grado. The apartment is big, and it is well equipped. The balcony it's perfect size, and it has sundbeds and table for eating outside. The location is brilliant. 2-5 minutes to the beach, and it's at food store 5 minutes walk away. If you want to go to the city center, it's a 10 minute walk, or you can just borrow a bike from the hotel. The people working at Eldorado is very polite and kind, and they speak english, which makes everything alot easier.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment which was very well equipped, we had everything we needed in the kitchen & bathroom too. It was really spacious and clean with 3 balconies - one could easily just spend their time resting in the apartment. The beach is a 5-minute walk away and there are restaurants, cafés and supermarkets nearby as well. The very center of the town is a but further away (about a 20-minute walk), but that only means that the neighbourhood is quiet both during night and day.

The shower holder was broken (we’ve reported it but nothing happened) and the bathroom had a lamp with motion sensor which was really annoying.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, also the terrace is a great feature. The neighborhood is calm and not too far away from Centre, close to the beach. One of the receptionists was very helpful and told us a lot of helpful information about Grado.

The wifi didn't work well, and neither did cell/data reception inside the building. This was inconvenient but not a major drawback and we would love to stay there again!

Extremely helpful staff, always willing to go out of the way to answer any questions or support us in planning our trip, such as helping arrange passes to rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach. The beds were comfortable, all spaces were super clean, and the location was perfect - just a 10-15 min walk from the old town, and under 5 min walk to the beach.
