Antoine was very helpful in arranging transport from airport and then to the train station. We arrived very early so he kept our luggage secure until we could check in. Room was very comfortable and clean. Location was excellent for what we wanted, able to walk to everything we needed to.

The staff was AMAZING as well as the location! Sharin was so kind and helpful the minute we dropped off our bags . The location was easy to find and very secure . There was a lift to the third floor - a few steps to enter the building. The room was extremely nice and comfortable and quiet and had a great soaking tub for after all the sightseeing we did . The provided breakfast was exceptional and we were treated very well 😀

We only stayed for one night, everything was perfect. We had a king room w/a small balcony. It was very modern and clean. The location was perfect just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain and close to the Spanish Steps. Great restaurants and shopping close by. They even greeted us with a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. We had an early morning flight and he prepared a boxed breakfast for us to bring with us. Would definitely stay here next time we visit Rome.

Lighting in room was too dim.

Breakfast had a lovely selection on offer. Location next to Trevi fountain was very central and within easy walking to all site seeing location but it was also very private and quiet. Room was spacious and bathroom was more than generous.

the only thing about the place itself is that I would suggest to advise guests that there are some steps one should go up before reaching the elevator to get to the property so that people with heavy luggage would consider. other than that it is great. Regarding the price - not sure how other hotels at that area are rating their accommodation but it felt a little overrated…

I didn't like the fact that there were no toilet facilities outside of the room : on our last day, we had left our luggage in the foyer area and when we got back to the main area, realised that we couldn't use the facilities before going to the airport. There were a couple of things that I didn't like in the room : no full length mirror anywhere, and strange light location in the bathroom (located all the way inside instead of near the front as you're entering). These are fairly minor things, and I would absolutely recommend for anyone intending to visit Rome, to stay here.

I absolutely LOVED the location. It was centrally located very close to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps, which meant all the main tourist attractions were very close by as well as lots of dining options. I also loved the fact that, despite its central location, you couldn't hear any noise from the street in the apartments. It was also easy to get in and out of the building with the code system, and it felt very secure. The rooms were very comfortable and had a mini fridge as well. They even had a complimentary bottle of prosecco for us in the room when we arrived, which was a fantastic touch. I have already recommended these suites to a colleague who is intending to travel to Rome later this year.

The stairs to get inside and before you teach the lift. I have difficulty walking but we loved it so much when we stayed before it was worth the pain!

WiFi signal wasn’t great and maybe a couple of English speaking channels on the TV.

Location was excellent, walking distance to everything you would want to see in Rome and just a 5 minutes walk from the tube station. Lots of shopping and good restaurants on the doorstep. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable for our family of 4 and very tastefully decorated exactly as the pictures. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Communication prior to check in and during our stay was exceptional.
