The air-conditioning in my room didn't work. The hotel supplied me with a fan, but it didn't cook the room. It was extremely hot and I couldn't sleep.

In the pool area, many button switches don"t work. Some maintenance is needed. I didn't like the lock of the balcony door, that lockes by itself. As a foreigner, I was not familiar with such lock and had a scary moment because of that. :D Many thanks to the nicest lady from 1st floor, who helped me!!! Next time I will be more cautious ;)

The rooms are a bit old in style, with simple doors which make noise when locked. Despite this, everything was amazing.

I like breakfast a lot, it is a continental breakfast with a wide range of fresh food, salt and sweet. I also liked the pool service, it was really clean and the personnel was professional. excellent h24 service.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location of the hotel was superb, as were the thermal pools. The general ambience of the hotel was relaxing and cosy yet elegant and tasteful. The staff contributed to this greatly.

Construction going on outside, but they have to do it some time, and I got a great bargain. It did not bother too much, just can be seen. Some better signage would be helpful.

I had a wonderful time. Great pools, excellent food, nice surroundings and genuinely kind people work there. Loved the old-school feel! My single economy room seemed perfectly fine to me. I would strongly recommend full board, so you can just relax and have a carefree stay. For lunch and dinner they offer starters buffet, choice of primi, choice of secondi and dessert buffet. I'd love to come back!

We had difficulties to book our beauty appointments, you really need to book well in advance otherwise it has to be in the afternoon and it can get complicated with the check out, although everything run beautifully and they found appointments for our treatments. Considering that this is a a thermal/beauty spa we found the breakfast could be well improved by a nutricionist, even if some extra had to be paid. Too many muffins and tiny donuts, maybe to attract a younger publicum...😅 but still, considering that it is Italy and the rich area of Colli Euganee, they definetely could do some improvements.

Swimming pool areas and garden area were beautiful, silent, relaxing. Room and bathroom were very large and comfortable. The beauty/Spa treatments are a dream. The ladies at the reception were amazing, they did everything to accomadate us to enjoy our short stay. There is an amazing family run restaurant next to the hotel and a not lees interesting shopping area on the same street.

Our dark bathroom

We have been visiting Eliseo for 10 years and this year we are booked for our third time in this year. The first visit was as usual, excellent. This visit has been proof of I guess COVID, lack of staff for front desk, not enough staff for even booking treatments, etc., unless you wait in line for quite a while with uneasy group waiting behind you and feeling as though you are causing a problem. We booked into our room on the 6th floor which was lovely, modern and light. We were told we had to move this morning to another room. It is quite large, VERY small TV, shower so small you can barely fit inside and bath VERY dark no way to even see for makeup. I understand that maybe they have not renovated this section, and I do not consider myself a privileged person, but I do think more attention should be paid to regular guests. We do not come here for the health treatment, but for beautiful and upgraded surroundings.

The customers are mainly old retired people, just a few young families from time to time. The breakfast is decent, but I wouldn't recommend to stay for lunch and dinner, food is prepared in advance, mediocre quality of ingredients and I didn't expect that for the price we paid. Another negative note on the pictures and the actual status of the building... I booked for the nice pictures posted on the website and I was given an outdated, dusty room with green curtains, the toilet was nice but the shower floor was damaged. I talked to the reception and the day after they kindly gave us a proper room, like the one we saw in the pictures. One day at 13.30 called the reception to ask for some milk and they hung up the phone without talking in English. Overall too much money compared to what you receive.

The main receptionist and the cleaning lady were nice. The pools were super nice, in particular after dinner when the rush of people has passed.

Very comfortable, good service, delicious and abundant food. Would definitely suggest going for the half board to enjoy the dinner service as well! It was great to have the thermal pools also in a very beautiful location just a quick walk from the train station.

This was my second stay in Eliseo Terme. I had to come back because I needed to relax and feel pampered for a change :) Eliseo offers everything I am looking for. Friendly and hospitable staff, good food, swimming and relaxing in thermal water, cleanliness. This time I learned that Montegrotto is perfect for hiking as well. So much to see in the area! I will be back soon. Grazie to all the wonderful team!

When we checked out we paid 27 Euro for two bottle of water and 3 small chocholate bar from the frigobar that we tought was included in the stay. On the bill it says 10 items from figobar,but we only took 5 items during our 2 day stay. I was very clear of only taking 5 items during the whole stay but it seems it got lost in translation somehow. We also paid 2.5 Euro for each person in turist tax a total of 15 Euro for 2 adults and a child aged 10. When arriving on our next hotel they said that childs below 12 should not pay turist tax. I dont care about the money ,but I do really care about not stealing...And I felt they did steal from us this time. I would not recommend staying here because of that.
