This was our third stay on our first trip to Italy!Excellent location in the heart of everything, yet on a very quiet street. Everything is provided and it’s quite spacious compared to the other places we’ve stayed. The full kitchen, coffee maker, veranda, and washer machine were all a big plus. However, the best part was Luca! He’s quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank you for your generous hospitality!

Excellent location in the middle of del corso street and near the Spanish steps. The apartment is in a beautiful apartment complex with very nicely designed furniture and a lovely terrace, and the owner of the apartment, Mr. Batman, is very kind and helpful.

The apartment is in an incredibly beautiful location. It is also very quiet as it is on the street between two famous streets. The entrance of the apartment is safe, spacious and classically Italian. The flat is spacious, the usage areas are furnished with high quality. The toilet and bathroom are new. All electronic devices in the house are working and in good condition. The beds were comfortable. There are almost all kinds of goods, tools and equipment in the apartment. It has a beautiful and very large balcony. It had a tent, table, flowers, fountain, everything. each door is individually locked and very safe for children. The host is a very very good person. Relevant, kind and very helpful. Like a neighbor, like a friend. We will go again next year.

For those that a worried about the weather in Rome / Italy I can say that during my stay I enjoyed very good weather overall. It did rain, but it does everywhere, many countries are suffering drought and the land / nature / animals need the rain so we should be grateful when we do get it.

I rented this apartment for 30 days in June 2023. This was a big commitment as I didn't know anything about the apartment or the host. At first I planned to go to Rome to have a look before I was committed to the booking but I made contact with Luca on WhatsApp and he convinced me that everything was ok as he is a very good communicator and answered my questions immediately. I had been to Rome several times before, but this time I wanted to experience it more as a local and to have a more cultural experience. This apartment is very much a "home from home" with everything you need to cook and wash your clothes. The terrace is very private considering this is a residential building and it gets the sun from morning to late afternoon. The street is between Via del Corso and Via del Babuino and right in between Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna and within walking distance to each. All of the main attractions in Rome are within walking distance to be honest, as the best way to see Rome is on foot. You can easily get in your 10K+ steps in per day without even noticing. This area would compare to Bond St in London or 5th Avenue in New York with all of the usual designer shops but with many unique Italian boutiques and independent shops also. The area felt like a local area with a supermarket just 2 streets away that had everything I needed for my stay. Luca is a very reliable, kind and genuine person. Nothing was too much trouble although I didn't really need too much assistance but when I did he was on hand straight away. He even booked my taxi to go home and helped me with my luggage when I was leaving which was a lot for a 30 day stay. Thank you Luca for a life changing experience, I will defiantly be back.

What a great and comfortable place in the middle of Rome. The apartment is nice and the terrace is a big plus if you just want to escape from the crowds for a bit. Luca is a great host and easy to communicate with. Very well recommended.

Not on a bus line but not far from the Spanish steps and Piazza del Popoplo for buses and the metro.

Loved having a bath and a half. Clean and classy. Be aware that there are about 8 steps to get to the elevator and the elevator is tiny. However, our kind host carried all of our luggage up to the first floor ( the one above the ground floor). He also carried the luggage down at the end of our stay. Wonderful.

Luca is a wonderful, obliging, listening host. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The mattress is very comfortable, so we slept great. The apartment is located in the center, most of the tourist attractions can be reached without much effort on foot. We highly recommend this place and if we are ever in Rome again, we will definitely stay at Luca's.

The only disturing thing was outside the apartment at night. Because it was so quiet (!!) with no background noise, the pling plong of electronic bikes (low battery??) felt like alarm clocks to me. Yes, I'm sensitive, but it was a pity since the rest was so very quiet and peaceful. This is of course not the apartment's or owner's fault, but bad luck and some bad technology in the currently far too popular bikes ... The apartment owner was very helpful though and even went outside in the middle of the night to move the bikes! I didn't understand beforehand that there would only be cleaning before I arrived, and not during the week I stayed. I know it's not a hotel, but I thought maybe there will be a professional cleaner after 3 days or something. A week is a long time to go without cleaning. The owner provided me with new towels though after a few days and offered to book the cleaners, but it was quite expensive (and even more expensive for him!) so I opted out. Perhaps the information about cleaning could be clearer? I would prefer if the apartment had cost 10 euro more per night and some cleaning was included during the stay, or if shorter stays were more expensive per night and you got extra cleaning for longer stays, because it's a huge difference if you stay somewhere 2 nights or 7 nights and the cleaning is only before you arrive, it seems a bit unfair. However, the entire stay was really great as a whole and I would definitely like to come back.

Wonderful apartment and terrace in an excellent location. So close to everything. Lovely owner, very helpful and nice. It felt really luxurious to have so much space in central Rome. I liked having both a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bed was comfortable and huge. I also liked the interior design with curious old objects and paintings. The apartment has such a good vibe. There was also a very nice and peaceful inner courtyard in the building. I just wanted to keep the key and stay permanently :) If you have not been in Rome before, you will not believe how great the location is. If you have been, you will be even more blown away. When my flight home was cancelled due to a strike, the owner was super helpful once again and called friends to help me quickly find somewhere else to stay since the apartment was already booked. He's a guy who goes above and beyond to provide good service.

The host, Luca, was exceptional. The rooms were large and had good AC. There is a very complete kitchen. Two bathrooms. The location is excellent and nicely tucked away from traffic. Luca’s responsiveness was excellent and really clutch when we needed it.
