I dont like their shower the water is to slow and i cant take a bath.

The only negative was the pillows. If they improve these, then I would have rated this stay as a 10.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Was able to leave the car at the hotel, unload it, then they parked it for free. The room had a cute balcony with beautiful view of the sea, and the location was perfect for a wide range of restaurants.

If I really had to say something, the decor is a little dated but we still had a great stay.

We booked our stay last minute. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very caring and thoughtful. The room was very clean and the location was excellent. I slept very well!

our room was on the top floor so the ceiling was very low in the shower.

Good location near Genoa and motorway. Late night check in which was essential as our ferry from Sicily to Genoa docked at 10 pm. Friendly staff.

It's very difficult to park in the hotel area.

Returning from Zurich to Lisbon by car taking time to visit new places. Ena Hotel is located facing the sea that lays just acoss the road. Dispite its age the hotel is very well mantained and clean, with very nice rooms. The breakfast was nice.

I've personally found the combo hard mattress/thin pillows very unpleasant but I guess some people might like it (?) Getting in and out of the hotel by foot seems dangerous as there's no footpath outside and you're right on the road but eh, what can you do.

The property's location is absolutely great, few steps from the beach and it has a pizza place basically behind it where we ended up quite often. Not too noisy and you can hear the sea waves from the window. Room was clean and spacious. Plus considering we travelled 'out of season' the price for five nights was really convenient.

Everything was very good and there were a few aspects of the visit that were particularly good. This visit was during the low season and to maintain the standards can, sometimes, be more difficult than when it is the high season. Well done.

We are positive people. We look for the good things.

I liked the location of this hotel. It is near the beach and they have a nice promenade. The staff is helpful and ready to accommodate your requests. To add, we (3 friends) had a pleasant experience with the La Cambusa Ristorante. We were very pleased with the special Pizza we ordered (spicy Calabreze) and told the Chef, Luca. He asked what we would like to eat. I said, I loved the Spaghetti Nero in Venice. He said it is not in their menu but he will make it for us. And truly, the next day we had our Spaghetti Nero di Seppia! What customer service ! Arenzano is a small town with friendly, nice, helpful people. We came to visit the Santuario Gesu Bambino. We will come again :-)

Location is greate. 15 min from train station walk. Beach(es) strating 50 metres. Free beach 150 metres and 700-800 metres from the hotel. Very friendly stuff.

Parking is very limited, you are on your own. The hotel is somehow giving you the impression of being old-fashioned. Airco should be running all the time and it’s controlled from the reception.

Great place for a brief vacation on the sea. A bit tricky to get from the station, but manageable. The room had superb sea view. Not big, but with everything needed. Aircon worked nicely. Lots of restaurants around.

Good location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. There are a few free parking spaces in the hotel's courtyard which was very useful as parking on nearby streets is impossible. There is a public car park not far from the hotel.

I wish there was a kettle in the room And maybe better pillows as the ones we had were a bit flat.

Friendly star and beautiful hotel. Very clean room and big enough. We had the view of the park but you can get a sea view. Breakfast is good and the coffee was great. Good WiFi too! I highly recommend this hotel. We loved it!

Arriving in Genova with the ferry from Palermo it is a convenient half hour drive from the harbour. Lively seafront, bars and restaurants at choice. Good hotel, owner somewhat uncooperative after late arrival. Wonderful room, excellent breakfast included in the price. Have been there three times now and will come again.

Parking is little bit tricky in this area, but hotel has some free places inside court. Stuff were not so friendly or welcoming, breakfast was little bit poor but it was quite good.

Location of the hotel is really perfect - in front of the beach, seafront view from the room, near to the centre.

They don't open the heat Very cold in the room at night, they offer an extra blanket its like you must sleep in cold The pillows are hard like stone. Very small tv in 2023 when a tv is 150 euro in market They charge even for the small bottles of the water in the fridge (and it was the only thing there). 3,80 euro for 2 small bottles. Also in the morning we found a floor full of water, probably the leak from the mini fridge. Expensive for what they offer
