You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyWhen we booked, the information said breakfast was €10 extra, so we went out. On our last night we happened to inquire about this (because my friend decided to stay an extra night). We were told it was included. I said I was not informed at check in and should have been told. The staff member seemed defensive, saying they have no control over the information provided on booking.com [sic!] and said if I had asked, I would have been informed. Poor sense of customer service.
We really liked the pool and location and air conditioning in the room.

Austriavery noisy party location (there is a disco in front of the property, so there is extremely loud music until 3-4 a.m.); extremely uncomfortable bed (everyday we woke up with body hurt); deluxe room has worse view than superior room; staff act like you’re stupid (we booked a deluxe room but it had only a side sea view, therefore we requested for a replacement room with direct sea view (the hotel wasn’t at all crowded, therefore a change wouldn’t had been a problem at all). they changed it for is with an attitude.. but ok.. it turned out the replacement room was a superior room (downgrade), but at the checkout they wanted to charge us for the price of the deluxe room which we initially had booked. we had so much to argue about the condition and they say to us that “they did us a favor by changing our room!!”… we finally got to pay for the correct price, but the whole experience was extremely uncomfortable! We will NEVER return there..
