I loved the staff,,they are professional as well as personal. Your wish is their command. The staff really cares for you as a human being. It felt like visiting family. The hotel is breathtaking.

The location is slightly out of the way however transport to center is easy and location isn’t really an issue. The only negative is that the smart TVs don’t work as they have been set to not allow connections

Unfortunately, the room door is so thin that you can hear everything from the hallway. The shower also needs to be renovated (missing mosaic pieces, some mold on the sides).

The hotel is in a great location and you can get to the city in about 20 minutes with tram 1 or 19. It is very modern and the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day and the room smells of flowers. The breakfast buffet is also very, very good! All in all a really great hotel and I can only recommend it again.

All was great, I would just like to change hairdryers in the rooms.

The location was perfect, a few min (7) walk from Domodossola metro station, easily to reach the Duomo station. Breakfast was amazing, definitely worth to book with it. Free wifi modem and power-bank for travelers was a big help.

Nothing not to like

Staff had to have been the number one aspect. Restaurant a welcome retreat and the food delicious. Car park simple and easy to use.

The suite we received was rather dark, and we had troubles finding out how to properly set the air conditioning to heating mode (we travelled in March). Unfortunately the cleaning staff broke one of my wife's cosmetics during cleaning, which we had to find out ourselves. After complaining at the reception, we received a 30 EUR discount.

Very good breakfast with Italian specialities, great coffee, good variety. Nice interior in the hotel. There was a business conference in the facitlity when we arrived and thus we received a suite instead of a standard room, which was a nice gesture from the staff. The suite was equipped with a cool jacuzzi :)

Only issue for us were the pillows that could have been softer but a personal preference.

Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice and excellent quality. Hot and cold options with egg dishes made to your preference. One of best hotel breakfasts I have had and lots of healthy options, service was excellent too, staff always happy to help. Room was lovely and bed comfortable. Shower was excellent and room always clean and perfect each day. Photos of hotel didn't do it justice as beautifully decorated and comfortable and pleasant to spend time in. Reception staff always happy to help.

There was a party for youngsters held in the garden room which was below our room & the music was so load that we couldn’t sleep. Although they turned the music down at 10.30 the party continued until midnight.

We booked a room for 3- Our room allocated was a double room with an extra bed in the end no room to move and so warm. When I complained to reception they dealt with it swiftly and upgraded us to a better room . We genuinely could not have managed in the original room but were delighted with the knew room. Breakfast was also well worth the money very enjoyable.

The room was nice but there was a leakage in the bathtub so when I took a shower, the water was everywhere. I also expected SPA to be bigger. I paid for a room with SPA entry and I wasn´t satisfied with just a jakuzzi and one steam sauna. I am used to better equipted SPAs.

The location of the facility was great- near tram stop, so this was very convenient. I also liked the range of food for breakfast- hotel even served english breakfast. Room was very clean with big TV screen and beautiful furniture. I have also paid for a relaxing massage and it was indeed relaxing.

The fitness room in the basement is a bit dark. There is a sauna but one has to pay extra for it.

Could hear footsteps quite a bit but was manageable. Would suggest maybe different types of curtains as when it’s sunny the room lights up quite a bit in the morning. And hope to see the care package that is coming soon I think that would be lovely.

The hotel was very pleasing to the eye! Was beautiful. Liked how attentive the staff were all the time. We called 2 times to use the iron and no matter what time we called they took no less than 5 minutes to bring it to the room!
