It's kind of noisy when the windows are open because the hotel is on a busy road, but when you close them, the sound insulation is good.

The room was nice, with lovely beds, massive flat screen TV and a very comfortable bathroom, with great shower. The breakfast was AMAZING, great variety, from eggs and bacon to salmon, cold cuts and cereal, fresh fruit and freshly made cakes and fruit tarts, gluten-free options, beehive, pastries, lots of different juices and so much more! Common areas were lovely too. Nicely decorated, felt luxurious. The staff was excellent, everyone was always very helpful and kind. They all deserve a raise!

The spa was not open during the day on week days, which was a bit annoying when we had paid the higher rate for the room to use it.

The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal! One of the best we have ever had.

Unusually, I had to deposit 50,- € as a deposit. This amount has been deducted from my credit card. I didn't use anything, no anything from the minibar or anything else. After two days, my money still hasn't been returned. That's bad style. And no it is not my bank. After 3 days nothing! After four days ... The room was really great and the hotels looks like a work of art. Really very pretty. Without deposit it would be perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! On arrival we were informed our room had been upgraded for free, we were checked in and then guided to our room. The room was beautiful and the staff have been brilliant throughout our stay, they went above and beyond, they offered advice and guidance about getting around Milan. The breakfast and spa were both great too. We would definitely stay again.

There was a private party at a lobby which was very noisy with music loud till like 23:00 until I came down and ask the reception stuff to take the music down which they did immediately. So I am glad they respected my request but there should not be loud music parties at a first place

We stayed in room 8 which was very spacious, but backs up to a courtyard with an apartment building behind it and was a little noisy with people coming and going on a Friday night. Nothing major but worth noting for light sleepers.

Very spacious room, beautiful and peaceful courtyard for drinks and relaxing. Fantastic restaurant, Sophia's, is part of the hotel and has excellent food and service. Lots of easily accessible public transportation (tram, metro) options to get to the main part of the city (which is a bit far to walk).

The road outside can be a bit noisy of you have a window open, but overall this is expected in a big city. Other than this, we had no problem during our stay.

The room was very nice with beautiful decoration. Very clean and staff were attentive to details. Breakfast was amazing and worth the price paid. We had also dinner at the restaurant and had an exceptional experience. I would definitely come back

The location is slightly out of the way however transport to center is easy and location isn’t really an issue. The only negative is that the smart TVs don’t work as they have been set to not allow connections

Unfortunately, the room door is so thin that you can hear everything from the hallway. The shower also needs to be renovated (missing mosaic pieces, some mold on the sides).

The hotel is in a great location and you can get to the city in about 20 minutes with tram 1 or 19. It is very modern and the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day and the room smells of flowers. The breakfast buffet is also very, very good! All in all a really great hotel and I can only recommend it again.

All was great, I would just like to change hairdryers in the rooms.

The location was perfect, a few min (7) walk from Domodossola metro station, easily to reach the Duomo station. Breakfast was amazing, definitely worth to book with it. Free wifi modem and power-bank for travelers was a big help.
