The location was unbelievable & once within the apartment block, the views were amazing. Each time we stepped out of our apartment and onto our terrace, we felt we had the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore all to ourselves. The night time views were heavenly.

There was no mention of the property name outside by the entry buzzer. We didn’t know if we were at the right address. We panicked as we had been told we had to be in by 7pm at the latest. Why don’t they put their name up?

Spacious apartment, amazing location, loved the terrace access. Great information booklet, good orientation to property.

Need improvement for: cleanliness, WiFi, AC. The bathroom plugs do not match those for the hairdryer. AC devices are old and very noisy. The rooms were dusty. WiFi works well only in the living room. I recommend providing a broom. We desperately needed one as we use the kitchen every day.

The studio could have had some coffee and tea supplies.

Perfect location. Spacious and amazing views from the rooftop. The studio had a folder with all the information, from where to shop to were to eat. Loved the studio.

The apartment becomes small after the sofa bed is opened. However, it's fine if you are not planning to use the kitchen or open the sofa bed.

The apartment is just next to the Duomo, which is extremely convenient. All necessities are close to where you live. It takes around 10 minutes to walk from the central station. The apartment is clean and the beds are comfortable. The view from the terrance is an bonus.

Hard to complain!

The location and view are truly unbeatable. Having access to the terrace with a front and center view of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is truly unbeatable. You're a block away from the main square. Easy access to train station. Niccolo met us and showed us the apartment. He also gave FANTASTIC recommendations (from a local) for the best pizza, gelato, and the ever so important Florentine steak.

Shower didn't drain well but great otherwise.

Really great location, comfortable stay, has a washing machine and AC. View from shared terrace of the Duomo was nice. Host was very nice and recommended restaurants and areas to check out.

Great space, better than a hotel! History story is great! Can't get any closer to the Duomo than sleeping on the Altar!

The hot water fluctuates a little with respect to pressure and temperature but was not an issue for us given the hotter weather.

The property was very centrally located and walking distance to all major places of interest for us, the pictures very much represent how close to the Duomo the property is situated. The terrace was our favourite spot. We loved the loft apartment, and the sky lights were a little bonus.

Excellent location and great views from accessible terrace on same floor. Had everything we needed to wash our clothes and cook and eat comfortably.
