The wifi got inexplicably slow sometimes. There was only one key between the three of us, which was inconvenient. Otherwise it was pretty great.

The location on Via dei Servi is unbeatable, just steps from the Duomo. The apartment was light and quite big. There are two rooms, a bedroom and a living room/kitchen, which has a sofa bed. With three of us it was a little full, but it was fine. There is an elevator, and just one step up into the apartment, so it's not properly wheelchair accessible but will do for most people. The kitchenette and facilities are good.

We made ourselves at home in the historical palazzo studio - cozy, modern, and located in the picturesque Florence right in the heart of the city center, next to the Duomo of Florence, and within walking distance from all Rennaisance landmarks. The apartment consists of a sizeable mezzanine bedroom with a comfy queen-sized bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a sunlit living room with a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The sofa in the living room can also serve as an additional bed for a third guest. Unique views of the Duomo are afforded along the street where it is located, the apartment being quiet at night. The building has a beautiful and spacious terrace with views of the majestic Duomo. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Excellent service — Niccolo is efficient, proactive, and knowledgeable, and if he doesn’t have the facts he is resourceful in finding the info from elsewhere. Great work and Grazie Mille! ☺️

Four things: Check-in is not flexible ( after 14:00). so if you plan to go to Florence you should arrive close to the check-in hour, otherwise, you will wait until 14:00 around the town because they don't have storage to leave the luggage. Pillows are not comfortable and they don't give you extra pillows. The location is excellent but to pay a lot of money to stay there, I think so they need to continue improving for the Guests. A/C was not working out well, it was probably old because it was not cooling properly. The last thing, The bed was not king size, They were two full bed sizes together.

Lack of light, it's a little bit dark but the location is fabulous. A table and chair set on the terrace would be a great addition, just so you can go up and have a glass of wine and sit back to enjoy the view in a chair. The benches are OK but not comfortable for a sit down

The people I dealt with were supremely helpful, answered all my questions (thanks for your patience here) and we welcoming and informative.

This property is exceptional. We were met by the host who provided us with keys Bonus: not only does the property have a terrace with an incredible view of the Duomo, it also has a lift! It contains a washing machine which was convenient however, I had to buy my own laundry soap as the bottle in the apartment was empty. Aside from this, the apartment is perfect. Great location- walking distance from the train station and super close to all the main attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The sofa bed was very squeaky and the A/C doesn’t reach to the room upstair. Unless you’re an early bird, bring earplugs you will need them. You hear the church bells at 7am and then again at 7:45am.

Great host, super friendly and always replies to messages quickly. Great location, steps away from the Duomo. Beautiful view of the Duomo from the terrace. Very spacious and clean.

The space was large and open, very comfortable for the 4 of us. The location was excellent. Wish I had stayed longer to have been able to utilize the kitchen and laundry. Would make for a great base to explore the area.

I had booked an apartment with two bedrooms. One with a queen and one with two twin beds, but I got two queen beds so my teenage sons had to sleep in the same bed. I would have said the apartment was perfect if I was given the 2 twins that I booked.

The location couldn't be better! The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable.
