Not having a kettle in our room but we now know for future to book a bigger room to get this, but you can have a kettle in your room for a small fee but felt we didn’t need to as we had paid for breakfast and enjoyed a coffee in the court yard afterwards

Breakfast was really nice, the location of the hotel was close to the train station and all local shops. Our room was nice, wish we had booked a bigger room to take advantage of the kettle in the room. Loved the court yard outside.

It was a bit noisy by the lifts .. people talking loudly .. I don’t think they realise that there are bedrooms close to the lift .. perhaps a BE QUIET sign by the lifts may help.

It was homely and I felt comfortable being on my own and it was walking distance to everything and the staff where very attentive.

Nothing ! It was a perfect stay

Amazing reception area with glorious floral display, elegant dining and breakfast room, generous and varied buffet breakfast. The bedrooms were stylish with superb views towards Montecatini Alto, great to wake up to! The location of the hotel meant that we were close to all the amenities of the centre - 10 minute stroll to the station. We were a small group of seven and couldn't have been looked after with more care and attention. I have to say something about the really lovely staff - they were charming, welcoming and made our stay!

Chairs in dining room a little old and rickety.

Good choice at breakfast. Welcoming staff. Good choice of Hotel evening meal. The location could not be bettered for walking to places of interest, shops etc.

In bed I could faintly hear voices. I think they were from people socialising downstairs. This is not a complaint though because it was 10pm on Friday night and i should have been down there with them instead of being in bed

A very large room with a nice bathroom and shower. The cheapest room we have booked and easily the biggest. A very nice hotel with a very good breakfast and great staff. If we come back we would definitely stay here again. Such good value for money

Older hotel but it has charm.

Friendly staff and very attentive. While it is an older hotel, it's very clean. Located near everything. Including a short walk to train station. Great value for the money. Good buffet breakfast. Definitely worth 10 euros.

It’s was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and big and the breakfast had a great variety of food. The location was the best walking distance from town, shops, restaurants and train station.

A stylish hotel in a very central, yet quiet location. We received a warm welcome from the reception. La Pecora Nera, an adjoining restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was very varied.

This hotel is exceptional! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the care and attention is all around you. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast superb. Dinner in both the main dining room and La Pecora Nera were perfection on a plate. Location is again perfect. A short walk to the station and main shopping area. The tourist information centre is close by too. The funiculare for Montecatini Alto is either a short walk of 10 Euro taxi ride from town.
